No, they wiill still counter the rush unless they are in any of the conditions that they were in this short. But, if they stand still or sidestep, they will still counter the rush.
That is a surprising number of counters I was expecting like 2 or 3 but god dame. Kinda nurfs the characters a bit once people master these skills better.

There certain circumstances if you read the unit that they counter RR. Standing Still, Side Swiping, Slow moving back, forth, side to side, and obviously Changing Cover (Unless obviously you have Cover Change Nullification.)
basically guys the only way they counter the rush is if they’re in the middle of the combo, standing still or cover change with the gauge filled (remember the gauge has to at least be slightly filled for the counter to work) obviously if you use characters that nullify cover change like gofrieza themselves when you switch to frieza (i believe for 5 counts, correct me if i’m wrong) you’ll just land the rush. side note: if their gauge is slightly filled it will still activate the counter rush.
This is good but now it has me thinking about how nerfed this ability is, I have the unit and I've played so many matches with them and the rush counter is hardly useful except for when it's a 1v1 which is I guess what the unit is meant for

You can also rush them when they are in a switch cooldown. So basically when the enemy switches from the tag team to something else.
While thats true, this video only focusing how to rush the gofrieza tag when you fight them, without triger their counter RR kit/ability.

the fact it works, as i got hit by a rush right after dodging on gofrieza while i had gauge, aswell as me landing it on opponents like this too
You can rush them if they stop time right before the rush hits them (including tag switch). And you can PV them into a rush aswell.

if you dont know you can know when they can cancel your rush all you have to do is look at switch sign and if it's grey you can use your rush

I was using Goku and Frieza against another Goku and Frieza and I switched to Frieza and nullified their rush cover change
You missed one when you catch them lacking on a side step
so goku and frieza's rush counter is basically just anti raw rising rush...
Or you can just your tag ssj4 Goku and Vegeta they can tackle both blue and purple element character
But can’t they do the same back to the 4’s since they all counter each other?
