As a child, I remember my mom tuning in "The Tom Jones Show" every week from the 1969 through 1971, all 65 episodes, may her soul rest in peace. And because of her, I love his music also. If you get a chance look up Tom Jones on The "Voice", he does some performing ( also w/Jennifer Hudson). Though he was one of the judges, he would treat the audience to some of his hits from time to time. 😎
at 81 Sir Tom still has one of the most AMAZING voices in music history! He can sing anything and everything. I'm convinced had Elvis kept his friendship with Tom and not strayed Elvis would still be with us today. Tom has kept himself and voice in shape all these years. I've great admiration.
Totally agree still a fantastic performer at 80. No gimmicks no auto tune he can just do it! He sings the song perfectly in any situation with or without accompaniment.
