Only legal requirement is a continuous horn and road legal tyres if you wanted a day time mot. Mirrors, even lights and spedo aren't legal requirements which is strange

@@LittleTurtlemtvlg You can do it but its terrible quality. When you want to post on tik tok or instagram, you have to record verticaly. But TH-cam allows you to watch horizontal content so you can record horizontaly.
So when he posts on youtube, he records horizontaly but when he wants content for insta or tik tok he records verticaly
