I am a fierce Oshawott (and Unova as a whole) fan. The only thing that I can fight back against (cause it's just a matter of opinion, really) is this : I think we can all agree that there are WORSE pokemon than Oshawott. Some examples being the popplio line, jynx/smoochum, and wurmple. So why don't we just hate on those instead of Oshawott? This may be a moot point, feel free to argue in the comments.
I do really dislike Popplio. I also dislike Piplup though, even if Emploeon has some solid typing. I'll likely always be a Fire, then Grass Starter person before Water. Ever since '96, I've been a Fire Starter person haha. Besides my very first time playing Blue before I figured out how to save and had a Bulbsaur. I don't talk about that, though.

I love oshawott... But uh- popplio is way better imo
