Your videos are so awesome and helpful! I was 10 when I first was on skates seeing people blade backwards was always so cool. And just now at 26 im getting into the different skate styles and variations, so seeing you skate and learning these tips is inspiring thank you!!!
Omg! Wow I'm an absolute beginner on inline skates, well about to buy them 😂! your explanation is Sooo easy, practical and creative, that there is no way I don't understand or do t know what to do. Freaking amazing! You are the best teacher so far I have come across on TH-cam. Because of the way you break it down and explain. Soo good. Never stop! You are awesome. I chose inline skates, because I am pretty good and confident on ice skates except I never learned crossovers..
Love your videos! So smooth... I am new to aggressive and I am practicing fakie. But I can’t do it. I can turn, but that’s it . I stop . Keep up the fantastic videos from Paul uk
Okay so I've been trying to learn how to skate backwards and I watched your tutorial but I dont understand how to make the leg motion to continue the backwards movement
Any tips on how to do the transition from your right foot back to your left foot? (0:27) I can fluently skate backwards with both feet back, but the transition from one to the other feels really dodgy :s
I've been chipping away with backward skating for quite a while but finding backward scissor stance difficult, just rolling even. Any tips or methods to improve or is it just a time/practice thing?
Don't give up! I thought the same and last week it suddenly happened... Had to bend my knees much more than I thought and relax... And you don't need really 180 just for transition, it will just change your direction a bit if less ;)
But you can stand without skates and put one feet 90 degree to the other, heel to other feet inner side ? If.. I guess yesss.. You can do that with The other feet too.. Single foot 90 degree.. Next try it with both feets at same time..and go down.. Bend your knees looking left and right outwards and play with your hip going for / backwards to find your spot.. Training every Day a bit will improof..
@@ronnygey8332 yes I do this stretching exercise, but only on soft ground, I can't do it on a hard skating surface yet. I can open hips enough for a transition to rear, but not stepping through a Tomahawk....
The tactical vest looks sick af bro🖤
Thank you for more focus on skating backwards been really trying to refine my fakie riding!

I meant my weight positioning on stance
I still can't transition using Tomahawk. Tried stretching, but guess my hips will never allow it....😢
