Fear can't turn the memories purple because you can remember memories as sad but not fearful. Same goes for the others. Only Sadness can do it. It is even in her Disney wiki page...
well some of these mistakes I wouldn’t consider mistakes because if Speculate some of these mistakes will notice that some of these mistakes can actually make sense in a way
so 1 being the reason why Fear wasn’t able to escape like Joy and Sadness could be because Joy was holding a bunch of memories and Sadness got shuck into the tube and with Joy holding so tightly on the memories and Sadness getting sucked in with her it could of cause huge amount of force to get them out of the headquarters and so if Fear would have tried doing the same thing he could have gotten out to
and 2 of course the hockey memories that Fear got must of been memories from when Riley played hockey with all her friends and team before they had to move to San Francisco and of course those memories haven’t faded away because those are memories that are still being remembered
and 3 of course the reason why Bing Bong was in a cage must have been because of Jangles the clown Bing Bong must of waked him up and so Jangles put him in a balloon cage and then lye down and went back to sleep
and 4 of course there reason why when Sadness touches memories they turn blue and don’t turn purple when Fear touches them is because of this when we think of happy memories of moments we feel happy but then when long time has passed we can start to miss these moments and when we miss something we can start to feel sad so that what going on when Sadness touches Joy’s memories the reason why they turn blue is because Sadness is making them into sad missed memories and of when Fear touches Joy’s memories the reason why they don’t turn purple is because there is no reason to start to feel afraid when thinking of happy memories
If you look very closely when Riley is still young in her eyes there’s a white cord but when we see Riley steps over the cord is turned black
