Andrew Hills beautiful great bike. Still have mine. Taking her out today for a spin. Beautiful day today in Southern California. I’m turning 57 in the next couple of months. Had her for 18 years now and I’ll be handing her down to my son when the time comes. Maybe when I’m in my eighties 😂
Will post a video in the spring , going to get a paddock stand n bobbins , change coolant and give her the once over , think this is going to be a Keeper , all the best and well done for staying off the sauce , who need drink when this is the reward 🤝
I have been riding my 2001 for 12 years now. I just had a bunch of refresh work on it last year. I only plan on keeping 12 more years. I REALLY hate that they have made the rear seat on almost all new bikes unusable.

@@guykemper2553 Nice bike Guy. I assume you added a stage two kit, right ?? That is a full exhaust by the looks of things with the shiny headers and 131 hp reading. I had a 2001 back in the day, and later bought an `02 green bike from a pal, and am at 51k miles now with zero issues. I like it so much I shipped it home to Ireland in 2011 and plan to never sell it as long as I can ride it. I have a full akra system on mine with Pods, along with a Dale Walker jet kit and ignition timer. Suspension has been tweaked at both ends, runs on lightweight sports tyres and I have a Sargent seat and MRA screen, Tail tidy, clear lenses, fork brace, slightly lower pegs and risers for the bars. I did a horn upgrade too, but a different set up to you. Its from a car !!!
moreism what is the stock size for the sprocket? im buying one today for daily comute and also like the lower rpms. what other bolt on mods do you recomend? thanks

Mine has over 40,000 miles and still runs great.
I have a 1999 1100. 5k miles. Keeper for sure. Im lucky to have it. Great video.

Rpm were fine, still thinking of dropping it down to a 40 tooth. Just like lower R's on the fwy

would you want to sell your oem windscreen? I hit a bird with mine and it cracked.
if you Google the specs on the bike it had 122 horses stock

That is at the crank. I makes about 115 hp at the rear wheel, so this bike gained 16 with the full exhaust and jet kit.

The air horn looks idiotic and the camera work is making me dizzy. Also the cowl should have white / purple decals.
