You are mistaken a bit here. She sang "Turing complete", term is usually used to describe programming languages, means you can create any type of algorithm using that language. You meant Turing test where a person talks to a machine by phone and should tell if it was a machine or not. By now we can say its an outdated concept, it won't tell us much about self-awareness. Neural network models can clearly simulate people in a believable way, but have no underlying basis behind that simulation. P.S. That guy did a hell lot for modern computer science!
