Great review. I have the same mower. Just a quick tip . The blades from mowmore aftermarket blades are the best blades that leave the best cut quality.
You will find out the factory blades don't cut near as good as the aftermarket ones. The aftermarket ones are a high lift blade. Kubota does not offer any oem high lift blades for the mower.
I’ve had mine for 3 years now . Best investment I’ve ever made. Worth every penny we paid for it . I mow 5 acres and we have a 72 inch deck . Also extremely fuel efficient. I believe it holds 12 gallons total .
How's it on wet ground? They say they get stuck easy, did you look at the 72inch and 60inch deck why did you decide on one or other. Did look at rear discharge
it is not an easy machine to Grease. there are exactly 25 Grease fittings on this machine and some are extremely difficult to get to. plan on 2 hours to get it greased
I own 3 of these. I can do it in about 20 minutes but I have had lots of practice. There actually 27 if you count the front scalp wheels. If you have a 3' grease hose, it makes it much easier.
I start at 3.25 and half way through property I'll be at 2in lol wondering why dirt's flying in the air 😂 I've been mowing 15 yrs "professionally and ya just couldn't pay me to mow my accounts with it
Far from poor built and definitely can't best the diesel engine takes more of a beating then any zero turn I've ever had or used. Most just don't want to pay the extra money for the Kabota.
I just upgraded to the Kubota ZG222 48" .It is by far better thought out than any commercial grade mower.I sat on all of them.Hydrolic deck and driveshaft instead of fiber belt. You get what you pay for.

Awesome I will have to check them out.
@@fasterpastor4383 Where can I find these blades?
Nice review!!! Happy mowing
yeah there the best
I've had a Kubota ZD21 Since 2004 or 2005- Its starting to show its age, so i Just bought a 2024 ZD1211 60" love Kubota!
That is awesome!

Should really mention the downsides like the weight of 1 ton and the exhaust filter issues on all diesels.

Grasshopper has a great one with Kubota diesel
I have the same Kubota zero turn. Just came home to a rear tire gone flat. Now trying to figure out if it’s tubeless or not.
Best of luck 😀

The Mimi grease guns work better
did you mean mini grease gun

I'd take this Kubota diesel mower over a John Deere every day of the week.
And that deck adjustment is horrible
I don’t have any issues if I raise to max height hydraulically then adjust to desire height

I think a higher horsepower and a 72" deck would be more ideal with that property. Diesel would be more efficient
Those are nice mowers 👍🏻
For sure 😎
72" is available on this machine and there is a higher hp version, just with dpf. This is the max non emission engine available.
Nice mower for homeowners. But you will hardly see any lawncare company use kubota mowers. They are poorly built.
I’ve seen quite a few use them 🤷🏻♂️

Poorly built?Laughable.
What components are poorly built?? We have a few zd326's never had any issues with them
They sure use a lot of them around here.
try deere
Worst mower in my opinion, they lose power going up hills
What do you recommend then?
we mow steep slope going up and down with no problem

@@FarmLifeUSA i know kubota fseries climbs hills too
@@kerrylancaster1569the zg222 is an outstanding mower. I’ve just ticked over 7 years on mine, and it hasn’t missed a beat.
