The locomotive looks like it is powered by an onboard battery instead of track powered.

@@RamBrosWorkshop - There are many model automobiles made to 1/64 scale, like Hot Wheels & Johnny Lightning. Many models of farm machinery are available in 1/64 scale. The racecar slot cars that are classified ad "HO" are actually closer to 1/64 scale than HO scale (1/87). I have also seen some aircraft models made to 1/64 scale instead of 1/72 scale.
