Join Linda as she shares about the Healing Power of Plants. Linda Black Elk specializes in plants that offer both delicious flavors and healing medicines. Join Linda as she talks about some of these amazing plants, which probably grow in your own yard! Linda will also be demonstrating some simple medicine making, so grab a teacup and follow along!

I love Wild Roses. They're my birthday flower. My birthday cake was usually decorated with them . While we wanderd our prairie pastures, we picked the hips and munched on them, when the Roses were in bloom we rubbed them on our bodies as a perfume.
We also munched on mint leaves , when we found it.
Slant village is one of my absolut favorite public places to go , such a peaceful place.
