I know, I know, the star of this video should be the magnetic wallpaper, BUT can we stop and appreciate the door handles??? those are the legitimate like-real miniature, no jokes!!! I'm just amazed, how Toya ups her miniature skills. The channel now has all sorts of crafts: want something toy-like, cute and crafty - here you go! want something real-like, copy from the human sized world in the doll scale - yep, Toya has it too!

Oh. I just learned an art hack today. Add cornstarch to acrylic paint to get better coverage. You may be able to paint using only one coat. Love the magnetic wall paper idea! You’re so clever! I’m a scientist and have absolutely no creativity at all. 😂

Toya, this is genius! I had an idea of using a magnetic chair rail, baseboard, and crown molding to hold wallpaper to a wall with embedded magnets in it, but your idea looks a lot more secure as well as easier to make. Definitely saving this video link for future reference!

I love this idea! Genius!!! I'm all about temporary things because I'm always changing my mind. :D I love that doorknob, too! And hey, about cutting things out - you could totally look into a Glow Forge. My husband has one, and I'm always having him make doll things for me on it LOL. It's basically a giant laser cutter, and you program what you want to cut, how big, etc. It can cut draft board, different types of wood, and it's even cut felt before. Probably not foam board though because there is apparently some sort of toxin inside it. Same with those peel and stick tiles from home improvement stores. But it could be something for you to check out. :D You can even get patterns for doll-size things like furniture to print out!

Having a bad day so seeing this in my feed cheered me up. Was very excited to see this video after seeing the wallpaper changes on your instagram!
Oh I just had an idea! What if you did like your window backgrounds where you slide different backgrounds in, but backwards? So you'd add a frame around the wall you want to have wallpaper on, but there has to be an opening between the top frame, and there'd have to be space underneath the side frames, so you can slip scrapbook paper in between, and have the frame hold the paper in place. You would just leave the plastic packaging out since it's not a window. You may have to attach the scrapbook paper to some cardstock to keep it from moving/bending. You could still use magnets to hang things on the walls, I don't recall if the poster putty will tear the scrapbook paper or not. I hope you like this idea, it would be fun to see it get made!

This was such a cool idea! How much is the magnetic photo paper? If it's expensive, it's too bad there isn't a way to temporarily attach scrapbook paper to it, so you only need one magnetic paper. I know there are magnetic photo holders that are a thin plastic pocket; if you don't mind the glossy plastic layer on top, maybe you could find one around the same size as your wall? That way you can slip different scrapbook paper in and out as you need, like your window backgrounds. Also, the door came out lovely! I wish my dollar tree sold those wood panels. Thank you for the video!
You should use the magnetic paper to make interchangeable TV shows and movies for the dolls. That way they always have something new to watch and it doesn't require a lot of strength to hold up a small TV screen.
