Get lactaid and enjoy kheer sometimes. I do the same ! For everyday I drink lactose free milk.I also got lactose intolerance including other allergies here after moving here in my mid 30s

If possible, please share link of portable stove you purchased. Navjot, I make dhokla, handva etc. with lactose free yogurt and drink shakes with lactose free milk. You and Simran can cook with lactose free products. Drive safe and enjoy your trip; keep up the great work Simran and Navjot 👍

Hey, it’s a stove from outbound, easily available on Canadian Tire for 30$, too expensive on Amazon
That’s a great suggestion, we are taking it one day at a time and have switched to oat milk
