I saw a vid and it said Shoto was stronger then Dabi but I disagree cause the fact that Dabi gets an ice quirk is crazy but what crazier is that blue flames is stronger then red like Shoto and endeavor has but that could mean that Dabi’s ice might be stronger then shoto’s putting two and two together it’s could be possible
