My childhood memories are attached with this train Himsagar Express. Every summer vacation I traveled from Ernakulam to Jalandhar with my parents from year 1988 to 2004 in sleeper class. It was a long and tiring journey. Ghar pahunch kar bhi body hilti rehti thi momemtum me 😁 I live in Canada 🇨🇦 now and miss my days of traveling in Indian Railways. On my next trip to India I will try my best to catch up with you bro. Your vlogs are incredible and I love watching them all the time. Hats off to you for doing such a great job and keep up the good work 🙂👍

This video reminded of pre covid time when I used to travel from New Delhi to Nasik road station with my mom. That train journey used to be very special for me because my dad used to live there and every year after my final exams I used to go there to meet him. It was usually a 24 hour journey. And I loved to eat railway food that time. From punjabi paranthe to maharashtrian poha, I used to enjoy everything.

Very good. I felt like myself doing the train journey. I would like to add that when reaching vijayawada junction, you had shown one temple on a hill. The hill is Indrakeeladri and the presiding deity is Maa Kanaka Durga. This temple is next to tirumala Balaji Temple in fame. People from both Telangana and Temple come here. 🙏

I am referring to early 1980s, then longest single journey use to be Jayanti Janta Express from H.Nizzamudin to Mangalore. Distance of 3038KM covered in approx 57 hours. We use to start at 9.15 AM on day 1 and would reach Mangalore on day 3 at 6PM. 3 days 2 nights. It use to cover 9 states. It had a pantry car. Train use to bifurcate at Shornur one portion to Ernakulam while other to Mangalore. Shornur Mangalore section was steam engine, while balance by diesel. Covered by this train four times in a year for 4 years. This video had nostalgic feel. Thanks

As soon as we reached Nagpur, while travelling on either side, we felt entering South / North. It was a sort of gate between two diverse regions. Idli wada sambar on south while puri sabzi on north side at stations. Now of course it is all mixed.

Then when I started working, I always availed of my LTA and it was Kerala that I chose to travel to as it is my ancestral place. Seeing this makes me realise what I am missing. Why you didn't show Thrissur railway station which is keralas busiest and the smallest with just 2 platforms. More over it has the best railway announcement in India.
As the topic of video is about "Food". On the basis of recent experience I would like to avoid buying IRCTC food from Jammu Railway Station ever. We had cheese butter masala, chapathi, biryani etc. We had it in night on 29th January recently. Next morning we all had upset stomach. Most funny thing when I was about to buy food from IRCTC restaurant my Collie advised me not to buy food from there. I ignored his advice as we all were so tired to go outside station to find food. But he was right. Next morning all of us had to visit doctor with bad stomach. So like to suggest you to avoid IRCTC restaurant food of Jammu Railway Station. I think the food available on vendors shops on stations like Chapathi Puri Rice are much good option or try to get food from outside station but try to avoid IRCTC food especially available at Jammu Railway Station. Anyhow the manager of IRCTC restaurant Jammu was very well behaved and friendly. Rest food was worst ever.

Audio me bahut problem hoti hai. Kabhi awaj slow aati hai to volume badhana padta hai aur fir achanak koi bridge aa jata hai ya train cross karti hai tab bahut jyada tej awaj aati hai. Hamesha volume adjust karte rahna padta hai.
