  • Just my personal thoughts on the Hori Mini Pad, Brawler 64, Standard N64 Controllers, and the USB Tribute 64 Controller. Discussion in the first half of the video with an Analog stick assessment and testing in the second half of the video.

    So far you're the only one I found that actually tested the range of the horipad mini.

    Good review! My thing with the original N64 controller is the fact that the stick wears down over time, but there's plenty USB N64 controllers that avoid that.

    Nice review. You mentioned you're going to get a steel stick or a steel stick bowl? Where are you going to get those? If you know a place that actually has them ready for sale, let me know. I tried to order some about a year ago and there wasn't any availability anywhere at the time. I ended up spending lots of money on extra used controllers on Ebay, as I consider the original as my favorite. The brawler and Hori are awesome! However, they don't allow for left handed D-pad strafing in FPS games like goldeneye (for those of us who use it that way).
