Yes ... same thing happened with me two years ago... when I was there for my speaking test... examiner was really nice person...but in this video he is teacher and try to be a examiner... girl have advantage because she is know him personally.... daily he took cabin speaking test with her....so that is my point about how comfortable and confident she is that time

Talk about how the government is helping in up lifting the women who live in weaker sections of the society etc etc... My goodness she could've scored band 7.5 or 8 easily with women empowerment topic... Damn it! 😜

I think this should be a score of probably 8 or 8.5 because she is fluent, there is a nice use of vocabulary (mesmerising, enjoyable, distant etc). She looks confident and has a good control over the language. Also, answers are specific and are sufficiently long.
