As an expert what do you think about Hurricane compared with similar ones as Target National?
So is it even worth it to get prov version or No? Been considering it for a long time but unsure cuz of their quality control is very bad its barely tacky at all nowadays
What is the difference between blue and orange sponge?
I noticed that wang hao uses the Skyline 3 blue sponge on his forehand, which is quite a bit softer than the typical ones used by the chinese. Do you still think this is a good rubber?

Hi EmRatThich! Thank you for your channel. One of the best regarding TT content. I have to say, this Video is a bit misleading. The "newer" H3s and neos are NOT sticky anymore! Its a pity because it made the rubber so unique. My finding is, that NONE of the newer Hurricans (nacional-profincial-comercial/ soft-hard-39deg. etc) have the tacky surface from the H3s batch 2 Years ago. DHS seams to have changed the "rubberformular". Whats your opinion about it? Let me hear you. Best from Vienna/Austria/Europe/Earth
how long Hurricane 3 rubber last? with boosting it few times
older batches of H3 and H3neo will last 2 years. New H3 formula is different.
Can you make a video why is it the DHS hurricane 3 neon rubber is not tacky not like before and the dhs skyline tg3 also
You experience this too! I also ordered the neo 3 at first i thought everything was fine i check the code in the dhs website and it says its original and is manufactured from their main factory in.....Beijing i believe but i find that the tackiness is not like what i saw in older videos on yt it is not that iam saying it is not tacky it is still able to pick up a clean ball for about a second or so, i feel that it has become tensor like or the hybrid rubbers maybe they change a thing or two on how they manufacture, still an awesome rubber though i had many great games and plays,it also helped me to defeat players i never come close to defeating too
They changed the fomula so the rubber is faster & suit more western players thus increasing sales
TG2 ist still sticky. TG3 and new H3s not so much anymore. pity.

I have the Neo. It has lasted very well in past two years (not boosted) but within the first few minutes of playing, it attracts so much dust that it’s tackiness is compromised.

Hello. I wanted to buy the new Hurricane 3 rubber, but I fear that it is fake. After searching for alternatives, I found Battle Friendship 2. What does everyone think of this alternative rubber?
Battle 2- the way to go if you like sticky rubber (as sticky as H3 used to be) your H3 is not fake. just the new-DHS batch
Just want to say....all hurricane rubber are not genuine, It quality is getting worse. Only those rubber use by national player are genuine. I gave up using this type of rubber.
The dhs hurricane is not 25$ in india,
It is listed at over 9000 indian rupees which is more than 100$
That might be the national edition of the rubber, which is used by international competitors

my new H3 - original DHS plays like the left. my old H3 orig. DHS used to be the one on the right.
@@m4rtinmusic873 funny, my DHS h3 original started like the right one and is now like the left one after only 2 weeks. Mine was applied without a booster though. I wonder if that makes any difference...

Gotta be honest. Only seen 1 player ever to use the rubber... It's Tenergy 05, Rakza and DNA Plat on everyone. But sure the Elite have diffrent version
I bet tou probably never seen Chinese amateurs i believe they all use some sort of dhs hurricane 3, there are way too many version to be honest

What is the difference between the 3 and the 8
@@Lynx-yq3sb It's faster, arguably just as tacky, can produce similar amounts of spin, and is also much cheaper than the provincial and national versions of hurricane 3. If i had to guess tho, it would probably be the throw angle being more suited to backhand play, but it's nothing that you can't adapt to.
Great question. Just removed my Hurricane 8 and replaced it with a 729 blue sponge (hurricanes are becoming more expensive). Hurricane 3 was awesome to play with. Great felling and control. Hurricane 8 was less consistent and felt more like a misbehaving European rubber. Is DHS targeting the European market by sacrificing their unique quality of rubbers....not going to try Hurricane 9.
@@raikiro797 I totally agree with you. Hurricane 8 throw angle is more suited for backhand indeed. Why is that. I felt like sponge hardness is softer than Hurricane 3.
@@meh....9661 Well, you can get the same hardness for both since Chinese rubbers allow you to choose your hardness, but most people choose to play with a softer version of Hurricane 8 so it better emulates the feeling of a European/Japanese rubber.
