First tune appears on his 2000 release 'Work for Me' with the title 'Do I Crazy?'. ...(Update from 2024) - Whoa...now after being a regular listener and watcher of Smalls Live Streams, I 'm more than familiar w/ the great Dave Kikoski, had no idea he had played w/ Scofield back in the 1990s. Amazing.
