Beginner guide to half or full twist on Cyr Wheel

There are several approaches to learning a half or full twist on Cyr Wheel. This is a quick visual lesson and many small details have been left out. Keep in mind you must rotate twice as fast as the wheel so using a progressive approach which allows for a slow stable spin can make the learning curve more enjoyable.
The last demonstration from the forward start (trail leg start). Allows you to interstate the 1/2 turn prior to initiating the twist. This is a simple way to learn skill combinations regardless of having a proficient waltz.
