Here's what I did, for the person I want to follow, I created a fake account and use someone elses first and last name as my insta acc to follow them. If the person I want to follow has a friend or relative or anything like that, I would create an insta acc by using their friends names and then send that person I want to follow a follow request and then they're very likely going to accept me. Because why wouldn't they accept their friends insta to follow their insta? They most likely will if they don't know you're using an acc trying to pretend to be someone else. But just be aware that if you create a new acc using their friends names but have no followers or not following anyone else, it's really obvious that the person you want to follow can identify that you're just using that acc to follow them, so before trying to send them a follow request, make sure you at least have a few followers or follwing a few people, then send them a follow request and they might accept you. Tell me if this method works after you've tried it
