Always wanted to enter the property development space, and this helps with so much tips and tricks despite the on going education I have. I have a block of land in Morphett Vale 721 SQM, have been thinking about working on this as a start which I purchased off Jason Mills in 2021. Have some capital to get this done, hopefully connecting to a town planner shortly to see what I can do with this block.
How can you get DA without subdividing (which would take more than just ~10k). Or did Ross mean do a subdivision and DA and then sell the block with permits in place?
Dont have aspirations or desire to do property this way, but what an absolute fcking champ. Well done to him
