Oblivion with NO Tunnel!

Oblivion is the first BnM dive coaster, located at alton towers the ride send you down an 180ft drop into a tunnel, so I have removed the tunnel so you can see the drop more clearly.

Just look at a POV of Diving Machine G5, it's a real coaster somewhere in taiwan that is basically just Oblivion without the tunnel

The problem here is this wildly overstates the drop in reality the drop on this rollercoaster is only about 70 or 80 feet. You are beginning to curve as you drop through the portal. It’s just you can’t see it. This is why the original smoke style effect on the edge of the portal you only dropped may be 15 feet beyond that edge and then the right curves downwards before banking.
