I had a black lab that absolutely loved the Predator movie. When I got a 3D TV i bought predator since my dog was addicted to the film to the point of watching it 3 to 7 times a week I thought it would be a good idea. After I got her to actually look at the screen with the glasses on she was hooked. After about 6 months of putting the glasses on her she learned to do it herself . I could hide the DVD around the house and she would find it, if I paused the movie she would growl at me. People thought I was making it up but I have pictures and video of her putting on the glasses and staying glued to the screen and even growling when I paused the movie. for 14 years the Predator movie was the 1 thing that my dog had to have and it is a great memory of a great dog. I love the Predator franchise but not the AVP ones they suck but the first 2 hold a special place to me.
There was also an Engineer skull on that wall. You also forgot to talk about the pistol that Danny Glover received from the predator that came from the pirate Raphael Adolini which is another fantastic story in itself.

Well, Kevin Peter Hall played the Predator (and another reason Jean-Claude didn't keep the job) is because KPH was 7-plus feet tall, and they wanted someone to physically tower over Arnold.
Years ago, my ex wife saw this movie for the first time. She said the movie was good except for the ending because the predator was laughing before he died. I explained to her that he was mimicking Billie's laughter. She understood and became her favorite movie. To this day she shows it to her son ad nauseum.
"Hunter" was also the name of a popular US tv drama at that time, staring ex-NFL star Fred Dryer, who still holds an NFL record for getting two safeties in one game.
Van damne got the role in bloodsport and needed a way out. So he kept falling down and tripping and complained about the costume. That's why he was fired. He planned it
Sometimes I wonder what the movie would have been like if Jean-Claude Van Damme sticked with the movie and KPH never came in. It worked out for the best in the end. RIP Kevin Peter Hall.
think we got very lucky and that is not a knock on JCVD because i always liked his movies but KPH being over 7 feet tall added to that fear of the Predator , Arnold was a huge dude i mean 7 time mr olympia for him to fight an alien half his size would not of had the same impact
Hey Minty, just wanted to let you know respectively that Van Damm wasn't fired, he quit when he found out he was going to be completely covered not showing his face. He wanted people to see it was him. Just what I've heard in other facts and behind the scene interviews. Love your channel. Thank you
Kevin Peter Hall was also the "shrinking man" in Misfits of Science 80's TV show(with whom he shared the screen with Courtney Cox and Dean Paul Martin - Dean Martin's son who died flying an F-4 Phantom in the California National Guard)...
Kevin Peter Hall also played the helicopter pilot in the end. Also the Indian that played Billy had to have body gurads on set not to protect him but to protect people from him. This was also required by the production companies insurance company All this is on the special features of the anniversary DVD. Love the videos. Keep em coming Minty thanks
Superman Vs. Predator. Alien Vs. Alien, (if on Earth). The game was on several platforms. Sadly the actor who played the Predator died from a.i.d.s dues to a bad blood transfusion. R.I.P. Kevin Peter Hall.
The idea of Billy being the main protagonist that ultimately came out victorious against the predator never once occurred to me in all the years since I've watched Predator. That basically blew my mind because I can see it working well, perhaps even better than what we got in the original film.

Kevin Peter Hall, who played the Predator, actually shows up at the end of the movie as the helicopter pilot who rescues Dutch!!!
Awesome video Mark. I really enjoyed it!
Thank you
Jean Claude won that one cause we got Bloodsport. Win win
Kumite!
Van damms a BITCH
"Double the Action... Double the van Damage!"
77,777 views. Great Job Minty!!
This channel never lets me down.
Great video brother , you know I'll watch Predator videos ANYTIME !!
Predator 2 might be a good subject for a review. It has awesome potential that somehow got flubbed. You can see the possibilities when you watch it.
Just wanted to say I love your channel!
LOVE this movie.
Well done. Glad I found this channel.
Billy should have evolved into Turok! Also, RIP to Kevin Michael Hall, he had my age when he died which makes it even more scary.
Kevin PETER Hall...
Kevin Peter Hall was also the "shrinking man" in Misfits of Science 80's TV show(with whom he shared the screen with Courtney Cox and Dean Paul Martin - Dean Martin's son who died flying an F-4 Phantom in the California National Guard)...
Awww yeeeeaaaa thank you for using that awesome intro music. One of the best scores in a movie.
TheDudeReviews Can hear just the first few bars of it, and I get that same feeling I did the first time I saw it in the theater's!
Nailed it. Really good vid man.
I love how this guy literally gets all of his info from Wikipedia
"Uncataloged Predator DNA detected! Predator DNA acquired and available!" - Omnitrix.
For video games, I preferred the Predator arcade game.
wstine79
One of the best arcade games ever made. That's why I own the arcade PCB board.
Don't forget the Alien vs. Predator arcade game from Capcom as well. I liked that.
Absolute badass movie, one of Arnold's best.
Kevin Peter Hall also played the helicopter pilot in the end. Also the Indian that played Billy had to have body gurads on set not to protect him but to protect people from him. This was also required by the production companies insurance company All this is on the special features of the anniversary DVD. Love the videos. Keep em coming
Minty thanks
You're the man with these videos minty. I like to listen to them while I grocery shop. And your theme music is so dope that I bounce my head
Also Kevin Peter Hall was the chopper pilot at the end of , wait for it lol Predator ! He flys Duke home at the end !
Whaaat!? awesome!
Your tunnel work and narration in the Road Warrior was top notch.
Predator needs to hunt the Expendables.
That's basically what this movie is.
My men are not "expendables."
(Dutch throws a knife 🔪 at a Foreign soldier)
Dutch: Stick around.
That’s naht uh knife. That’s a machete
Superman Vs. Predator. Alien Vs. Alien, (if on Earth).
The game was on several platforms.
Sadly the actor who played the Predator died from a.i.d.s dues to a bad blood transfusion. R.I.P. Kevin Peter Hall.
Superman kill an alien in he's stomach thanks to the sun.
The alien become a problem to him because he was on the planet without the yellow sun.
For sure one of my favorite action movie of the 80's no doubt
Carl Weathers would have been a great action star if he was only given the chance
Keep up the good work minty I love your videos
I love your videos but this one was especial because I'm a huge Predator fan
The idea of Billy being the main protagonist that ultimately came out victorious against the predator never once occurred to me in all the years since I've watched Predator. That basically blew my mind because I can see it working well, perhaps even better than what we got in the original film.
10 facts about the thing
DISGUSTHAAANGS (only Walking Dead fans will get it)
I'm starting to re-watch all your videos theyre awesome the second time as well. Like a good movie.
Get to the chopper, Minty.
wstine79 it’s GET TO THA CHAPPAAA
Your choice of films to review match my tastes perfectly - great
Fun fact, they needed bodyguards on set for Sonny landham, not to protect him, but to protect the rest of the cast from him!.
They also had to have guards to protect Langham from Jesse Ventura.
I wouldn't want to meet that guy in a back alley. He was also one of the bad guy in 48 Hours
