I'd suggest having a look at the pages for both the original and updated versions of the hack to get started. As mentioned in the description, Oats is playing the updated version - "Kaizo Possible".

I am watching this for the first time now, and I am about 11 minutes into the video. You sir, are a great gamer! I never could do the wall jump in Metroid!

See I thought I was doing good now that I am beating SM in about 1 hour.... and then I see Oats beat Impossible, and now Kaizo, and I go back to how I felt when I was barely beating SM in under 3 hours. It's like damn I SUCK.
I see oats playing this and I've been playtesting it a lot myself as well while making the map work and I gotta say, I wish it was harder I'm really sad about the echo killing the seahorse.

Why do you sometimes skip right past items that are right in front of you, take some roundabout way to get a different item, and never come back for the first one? Are they trap items somehow?
All those items are fake and I have to do some back tracking to progress. I need to think about some other routing ideas but it might be hard since we need items to get other items and so forth
Oatsngoats streams for multiple hours like 5-6 days a week, usually. Maybe he practices offline, but I would doubt it, dude is a pretty dedicated to streaming. Sometimes I wish he would work out his schedule to take a little more time off! Lol.

@@luvlybaluga ya these old TVs have zero input delay (other than the speed of electricity or whatever) most newer monitors have some form of delay unless you buy a decent gaming monitor. Also these look amazing and the scan lines are beautiful so y

There is an SD Card to SNES adapter, so you can use that to play romhacks on your original SNES
