Curry leaf podi may not taste good for many but it’s health benefits are amazing and quail is considered more healthier than chicken even though the meat quantity is less. Kizhi porotta is basically layered porotta with some meat gravy, fry etc and covered banana leaf and that bag like shape is called kizhi and then just heated in tawa

Here in kerala we also pair it up with chicken/beef curry. ie; u can enjoy this idiyappam which is soaked in coconut milk and then eat with a chicken gravy preparation. This can actually give you a sweet savoury combo which is amazing with a burst of flavours in your mouth!!🤩
