Women teaching men in church is rebellious. It says it very plain and clear in the New Testament that women are forbidden from teaching men or even speaking to the church of congregants. You guys need to get over yourselves. If God told us to walk on our hands instead of our feet, you better believe I’m practicing my hand standing. “Repent of sin” is NEVER once preached by anyone in order to be saved.. In fact, this term “repent of your sins” never once appears in The Bible (original text/KJV translation)- not once.. It’s a lie that was likely created by the Catholic Church to keep ppl seeking The Lord in bondage to their man-made/unBiblical confessional system When Jesus, Peter and Paul are telling non-believers to repent, they’re telling them to “turn to God and believe in The Lord Jesus Christ”- it has nothing to do with sin.. Once the non-believer does that and truly believes in their heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, theyll receive The Holy Spirit, and The Lord Himself will tear down the sin in that persons life.. The Bible forbids women in the ministry for their protection from the tuff love in the bible. The problem with people is that they do not know what is good for them. Most will not figure it out until it's too late.
If they leave the Christian church, they weren't Christians in the first place. You can sit in church for 20 years, and quote the Bible backwards and forwards, and never be saved a day in your life. If you're actually saved, you can't really 'leave the Church,' you can try to abandon Christ, but He will never abandon you. The Gospel is 1 Cor 15; 1-4. God bless you all, in Jesus' name. Amen.
A Christian can definitely leave a congregation. OSAS is Biblical. One can even stop believing and still be saved if they at one point in their life trusted in Christ alone, as He is faithful when we are faithless. He also cannot deny himself, and which he would be doing if you lost your salvation, but that cannot happen as the Holy Spirit lives inside a believer. Now, should Christians continue on in the faith, working out their faith. Yes, they should, but it doesn't negate their salvation if they were genuine believers.

There are people that have been raised in the church, or are simply false converts, that 'leave' the church (the body, not a building), and head long into sin, convinced that God isn't real, and they choose to embrace disbelief. But they were never saved a day in their lives. But they give non-Christians a false ideal, that you can 'leave Christianity,' and lose your salvation (or relinquish it, as the case may be).

No. All elders, of which a Pastor is one type, are to be the "husband of one wife," In other words, women shouldn't be teaching men or have authority over men according to the Bible. Andy Stanley used to be my pastor, and when I went to his church I always felt like there was something off. It got to the point where I literally felt trapped there, but by the grace of God He got me out of that place and took me to church that truly follows the Word of God, and has the Holy Spirit inside the church. If anyone has Andy Stanley as their pastor I recommend getting away ASAP.

Dr Stanley didn't discuss it much. He was extremely disappointed. I could see and hear it in his discussions. Dr Stanley loved the sinner, not the sin.
People are not leaving the church because of their "version" it is because the truth stopped being preached. I saw your comment and checked the description. You're right, their names are there. And not a word more. So I googled her. Apparently she's an author, but one who is a Christian and not teaching in a pastoral role. She's just calling out a false teacher publicly. But I understand all the comments about her not being allowed to teach. She's allowed to teach, or call out false teachers, as we're all called to do, just not from a pastoral or authoratitive position. I dont know about the dude never seen him before but the woman has an issue in that she by biblically defined parameters cannot be a pastor. So I think they both have some issues to address. Andy Stanley is a great example of Christians character enlightenment anointing favor and blessing ..this man is actually a beautiful example of true Christian character morals values faith and compassion and real Christian service just like his father but with his own purpose and calling. This channel in my opinion as a Christian does more damage to the body Christ through the spirit of division. I don’t agree with what every Minister puts out,however I’m not gonna put out to the world for the whole world to see regarding Pastors that I don’t know and make a judgment of them which ends up affecting the entire body no believers view of Christ.There is a biblical way to deal with this properly, besides causing division within the body of Christ. I know to justify the dividing our spiritual enemy will tell you because you disagree with them and their way of doing things they can’t be Christians. This is where you cross the line because you’re doing things that are not Christian like. I don’t see how this advances anybody’s faith. It doesn’t prevent anyone from going to these churches. It just causes Christians in the world to look at the body of Christ in the wrong way. God ultimately is a judge, and he would judge each pastor each ministry and each person for what they did here on this earth this is a tactic of the enemy to weaken the church, which is already weak in this country. People are shamed to share Christ because they don’t have confidence that the world actually wants what we’re dishing out. These type of Ministries just reinforces spirit of division, , and distrust towards the body of Christ. I know their scriptures in the Bible Paul admonishes us to watch out for certain people that did harm to the body of Christ. The differences, Paul knew the people,spoke with them and admonished them. And he wrote letters to the churches, not for the whole world to see. The greatest threat to the body of Christ in this country is a spirit of division, which is from the devil dividing the country dividing the church dividing families oh well, it’s the last days. What can I expect?
Andy is an excellent teacher. His goal is repentance through Jesus. He uses different methods to get there but it all about following and living like Jesus
Being saved is a matter of the heart. Jesus knows our hearts and motives. There's no faking it or trampling on the blood of Jesus Christ. Then your heart changes what is seen and heard on one's outside. Should be evidence but everyone is different. Trying to judge the Holy Spirit is really dangerous. Meanwhile the world says christians don't even love one another.

All the jugdes have planks in their own eyes. If you study out the spec Jesus spoke of in Matthew 7: 1-5, it's a teeny tiny spec of sawdust. Go follow Jesus' steps and help widows, orphans, and the least of these. Be the good samaritan, not to earn a spot at the foot of the cross but because salvation was given to us freely. He paid for our sins and finished it. Hallelujah to the King !!
I really wish people would stop misunderstanding what repentance means as it pertains to salvation. It means a change of mind, in terms of unbelief to belief in Christ alone. It isn't repenting of sins. If you are trusting in repenting of sins, you are trusting in yourself and not Christ, alone, and in doing so you are following the law. If this is all you have ever believed in your so called Christian life, you are not saved, as you cannot rest your faith on your self righteous works and Christ at the same time. The gospel is of no effect if also trusting in yourself. Andy certainly reacts like an unsaved person, but it is belief in Christ's work for your justification that defines whether you are saved, not what your stance is in issues relating to why some aren't attracted to Christianity. Stanley is in error, of course, on many things.

Is she a preacher? If she is she's not allowed to be because a preacher is a mam of one wife and who is respected in his house and he's strong in faith. So she can't be a preacher because like Paul said, for the woman was first to sin.

This is a disaster of a comment section but if you knew anything about Andy’s teaching style you would know that he does condemn sin and encourages repentance but does so from a heart more towards grace than most. I didn’t grow up with his style and lean more towards a straight approach but what he’s doing is catering to an audience that has been resistant to coming to Jesus bc the church has judged them for past or present failures. Jesus hung out with sinners and came to save sinners not hang out with other believers in fact he rebuked the hard core Christians many times for thinking they were better bc they knew the scriptures.

I have spoken to Andy and he believes that there are some people who are born as homosexuals. They can’t ch age that because God made them that way. He said he will not teach this because “there are some things you don’t talk about with a mic in your hand.” Andy is far from being orthodox in the faith.

If you're actually saved, you can't really 'leave the Church,' you can try to abandon Christ, but He will never abandon you.

A Christian can definitely leave a congregation. OSAS is Biblical. One can even stop believing and still be saved if they at one point in their life trusted in Christ alone, as He is faithful when we are faithless. He also cannot deny himself, and which he would be doing if you lost your salvation, but that cannot happen as the Holy Spirit lives inside a believer. Now, should Christians continue on in the faith, working out their faith. Yes, they should, but it doesn't negate their salvation if they were genuine believers.

There are people that have been raised in the church, or are simply false converts, that 'leave' the church (the body, not a building), and head long into sin, convinced that God isn't real, and they choose to embrace disbelief. But they were never saved a day in their lives. But they give non-Christians a false ideal, that you can 'leave Christianity,' and lose your salvation (or relinquish it, as the case may be).

Andy Stanley used to be my pastor, and when I went to his church I always felt like there was something off. It got to the point where I literally felt trapped there, but by the grace of God He got me out of that place and took me to church that truly follows the Word of God, and has the Holy Spirit inside the church. If anyone has Andy Stanley as their pastor I recommend getting away ASAP.

I saw your comment and checked the description. You're right, their names are there. And not a word more. So I googled her. Apparently she's an author, but one who is a Christian and not teaching in a pastoral role. She's just calling out a false teacher publicly. But I understand all the comments about her not being allowed to teach. She's allowed to teach, or call out false teachers, as we're all called to do, just not from a pastoral or authoratitive position. Far as I can tell, there's nothing wrong with her doing so as a sister in Christ. This channel in my opinion as a Christian does more damage to the body Christ through the spirit of division. I don’t agree with what every Minister puts out,however I’m not gonna put out to the world for the whole world to see regarding Pastors that I don’t know and make a judgment of them which ends up affecting the entire body no believers view of Christ.There is a biblical way to deal with this properly, besides causing division within the body of Christ. I know to justify the dividing our spiritual enemy will tell you because you disagree with them and their way of doing things they can’t be Christians. This is where you cross the line because you’re doing things that are not Christian like. I don’t see how this advances anybody’s faith. It doesn’t prevent anyone from going to these churches. It just causes Christians in the world to look at the body of Christ in the wrong way. God ultimately is a judge, and he would judge each pastor each ministry and each person for what they did here on this earth this is a tactic of the enemy to weaken the church, which is already weak in this country. People are shamed to share Christ because they don’t have confidence that the world actually wants what we’re dishing out. These type of Ministries just reinforces spirit of division, , and distrust towards the body of Christ. I know their scriptures in the Bible Paul admonishes us to watch out for certain people that did harm to the body of Christ. The differences, Paul knew the people,spoke with them and admonished them. And he wrote letters to the churches, not for the whole world to see. The greatest threat to the body of Christ in this country is a spirit of division, which is from the devil dividing the country dividing the church dividing families oh well, it’s the last days. What can I expect?

I really wish people would stop misunderstanding what repentance means as it pertains to salvation. It means a change of mind, in terms of unbelief to belief in Christ alone. It isn't repenting of sins. If you are trusting in repenting of sins, you are trusting in yourself and not Christ, alone, and in doing so you are following the law. If this is all you have ever believed in your so called Christian life, you are not saved, as you cannot rest your faith on your self righteous works and Christ at the same time. The gospel is of no effect if also trusting in yourself.
Andy certainly reacts like an unsaved person, but it is belief in Christ's work for your justification that defines whether you are saved, not what your stance is in issues relating to why some aren't attracted to Christianity.

Is she a preacher? If she is she's not allowed to be because a preacher is a mam of one wife and who is respected in his house and he's strong in faith. So she can't be a preacher because like Paul said, for the woman was first to sin.

This is a disaster of a comment section but if you knew anything about Andy’s teaching style you would know that he does condemn sin and encourages repentance but does so from a heart more towards grace than most. I didn’t grow up with his style and lean more towards a straight approach but what he’s doing is catering to an audience that has been resistant to coming to Jesus bc the church has judged them for past or present failures. Jesus hung out with sinners and came to save sinners not hang out with other believers in fact he rebuked the hard core Christians many times for thinking they were better bc they knew the scriptures.
Biblical truth says women are not pastors nor do they teach in the church:
1 Timothy 2: 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1 Timothy 3: 1 ¶ This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.

I have spoken to Andy and he believes that there are some people who are born as homosexuals. They can’t ch age that because God made them that way. He said he will not teach this because “there are some things you don’t talk about with a mic in your hand.” Andy is far from being orthodox in the faith.
