- On June 7, 2024, Sarah Boone delivered a 58 page handwritten letter addressed to the judge, allegedly to air her grievances about the supposed injustices surrounding her case.
But within all those words, she revealed two things she didn't intend: she wasn't really writing to the judge, and she wasn't really trying to have her complaints addressed.
So who was her audience, and why did she write to them? Let's look into what her words really say.

I will put money on her books if she does a Darrell Brooks and turns a 1 week trial into 3.5 weeks by filibustering with SovCit antics. Especially Subject Matter Jurisdiction. I know there isn't much chance for that as DB showed from the moment of the Faretta that he was going to be employing that nonsense. He changed everything on the paperwork from "I understand" to "I am informed." SovCits will never say they understand anything. Not if they stick to the playbook, anyway. And the whole hearing was "I do not understand." And "where's the plaintiff?" and all that. He had a year to prepare and he brought his talking points to court with him every day. Sarah isn't going to be doing that, although I'm sorry to say bc it's selfish....I wish she would.

I noticed the admission about the jurors too! I was like, “she’s admitting that she’s trying to taint the jury pool!”
But any potential jurors that have been exposed to these letters likely won’t be chosen as jurors.
This! I think it's funny she can try to sway possible jurors before the trial but is LITERALLY complaining that others are doing the same thing. When it's not the courts fault we formed opinions based on her video & other evidence.
@@sunflower78575 exactly. and in the event that jurors who have read these letters and seen footage (b/c chances are if they’ve read these letters, they’ve seen other coverage of her antics), these letters would have the opposite effect on a juror than Sarah thinks they’ll have.
Sarah over estimates the amount of true crime fans out there! We're a drop in the bucket of human kind. Just ask someone about "Suitcase Sarah" and you're likely to get the same response I've gotten; "Who?". There are plenty of Orange County citizens who couldn't care less about people like Sarah!

Also, if you missed it, go back to the interrogation.When the forensic lady comes in to swab under her nails , she starts to clean under her nails with the opposite hand that looks really innocent😂

I saw it the 1st time I watched her interrogation. It's incredible how telling that is. I actually believed her until she pulled that move.

You're right, the sound of her own voice is her favourite thing.
But there are times when she goes the sulky silence route. eg Those times when she walked out of meetings with her final attorney, or put the phone down.
When things get a bit too Real for Boone, and especially when she knows she has lost control over the situation, she used to drink herself even more stupid, now she stomps off in a snit.
She might realize she is completely over her head in a court room setting - just trying to select a jury, she'll find virtually impossible to comprehend or do. This is a woman who never had a job. Whose only demand in life was to collect her child from school twice a week. She couldn't manage THAT.
She won't be able to control the judge, she;ll be humiliatingly ignorant of all court procedure.
To try to regain control, she'll want to disrupt the proceedings in some fashion.
I dearly hope she does so by talking, not by silence.
You don't get her psychology at all if you believe this. She feels this is her moment to shine, and she will make the most of it. She will be aggressive and vociferous. She will even manage to make a few good points in a sea of otherwise specious arguments. She will definitely testify, too. Then she will lose after the jury deliberates for only a couple hours. She will go to prison but fall back on an appeal that says she was "forced" to defend herself through an unfair, unjust system.
She is mentally incapable of remaining silent.
This was such a refreshing review of her letter. All others I've seen just read the first 3 pages & no real disection of her words. Well done. First time listener & new subscriber. Orange County California ❤

She calls him "the decedent". Totally takes away his humanity!!! One she claimed to "love" so much....
She is trying to sound smart by using formal language.
Sarah doesn't want to deal with the evidence against her. It paints a terrible picture of her relationship with Jorge, her motivations and her conscience. And she has no real excuse for what happened. The evidence and witnesses won't benefit her. Except for her self-pity, she doesn't even come close to expressing regret or remorse. She's not likeable. We are all virtual witnesses to Jorge's final moments as he begs for her mercy. She has a huge audience because the situation combined with her personality is a tragic freak show. We can't stop watching the train wreck.

Not like she'll ever be able to, but she should have to pay restitution for all the attorneys, the time being held in jail, all the experts' time, etc.
I don't think she is smart enough to understand WHY she is writing to the whole world. I think she is desperate to find even one person who, after having watched the video of her killing Jorge, will agree that she's innocent. She isn't coherent enough to formulate a "strategy" imo. She has to go to a wider audience than Florida if there is even a shred of chance she can find someone.
I'm waiting for her to tell us all her version and end up incriminating herself. She needs the attention. She was a straight A student you know. And an amazing mother lol

With absolutely no remorse and accepted accountability, she never qualified for a plea deal.
Personally, I think the truth is much worse than we know. I recently heard the next door neighbor's interview and it doesn't bode well for Sarah. Neither does the span of time between filming the video and when she finally called 911...or the many contradictions in her interviews.

Sarah Boone is not famous, she is infamous. Not only for the crime she has been charged , but for her outlandish behavior. Disrespect for the process

Accountability or responsibility for her actions
It's a temper tantrum that makes her appear more absurd and ridiculous with every word action and letter.
Sarah Boone undeniably one of the most self entitled individuals I've seen in my life, and I don't even know her personally. Its clear that she has not fully grasped the situation she finds herself in

Sarah Boone intended she would end up being her own lawyer. That was not her "intent" interesting word for
Sarah, I think Sarah has surrounded herself with people she has been able to manipulate or coerce to get her way, most of her life.
She has yet to accept she doesn't call the shots and although her antics for lack of a better word has worked far too long, she finally got a wake up call she doesn't. The judge in his order legally boxed her in to the corner she earned. I don't know if she will ever see reason and realize that she killed a human being in a vicious fit of revenge , and did so in a horrific manner. Or that the man she killed left behind 3 grieving children, parents,
Siblings and others that loved him and have to live without
Him Due to her malicious and cold hearted actions, but those are sad facts. Drunk sober doesn't matter. That's what this case is and should be about justice for Jorge Torres. Not how to cause so much trouble for the court, they'll release her with time served.
I really believe that' what she thought. She is thst detached from reality. Just like any other high profile case, both sides will select a sworn jury and that jury will render its verdict on the evidence testimony and judges instructions based on the case in from of them. And that is what's had Sarah Boones panties in a twist. That video.

Maybe if they stop for a leisurely lunch first! The video is damning. Like, really damning. Her only possible out (from the opinion of a TH-cam viewer with no legal experience 😂)is a self-defense/battered spouse defense. Problem is, she wants no prison time. For justified homicide, she would still get prison time. She’s unwilling to accept that. She thinks she can talk her way out of it with the right combination of words.

Just heard that the GFM is taken down (maybe due the their rules???).
I was waiting to hear if GFM would pull her money grift. I remember with Darrell Brooks tried to get bail money at first and GFM took that down quickly. Now there is a rule that prevents people charged with felony crimes from begging for bail money. I can’t believe THE SARAH BOONE, A+ student, excellent mother and partner didn’t know this about GFM. She knows everything else. Someone donated $5 last time I looked at it.

New subscriber. Excellent analysis. Sarah doesn't seem to understand she alienates people. Her lawyers, the public and no doubt the soon to be jury. Her letters are counterproductive only hurting her with the court of public opinion. It appears her narcissism has taken over her thought process. Sarah's worst enemy is herself. Representing herself is legal suicide as she has absolutely no remorse and considers herself to be the victim. The less time she speaks to the jury the better. While different than Darrell Brooks, the end result will be the same as she alienates jurors just as she does everyone else.
Her attitude reminds me of Jesse Kurczeski - astounded that her lies aren't believed and writes letters full of rubbish as 'evidence' of her innocence. Didn't work out well for her either. She should've taken a plea at the outset as her guilt is clear from her own videos.

"I can't imagine what it would be like to be her lawyer", well eight people could answer that for us, and given that they all begged to be taken off the case...
In fairness not all of the changes have been her fault. There were some that dropped due to conflict like one of them had represented Jorge in the past. (I'm sure they're all doing a happy dance having dodged that bullet) But ALL THE ONES AFTER THAT IS 100% HER FAULT.
A few of them had conflicts of interest, but she refused to work with at least four of them. It seems that she thought she would get an endless supply of she got them to quit, instead of refusing their counsel outright.

This is very refreshing after all these “body language experts”.
I have always found facial expressions, gestures etc confusing, ambiguous and even opaque, and always had more success just paying attention to the words that people use. You might agree or disagree that someone has a slight smirk, but if they use “but” rather than “and”, then they definitely did.
I had an abusive parent, and body language reading became a survival tool. However, some of the body language analysts claim I don't believe. Such as eye gaze having a meaning depending on direction. But things like chin jutting and eyebrows, are real.

This is her crowdfunding attempt for another private attorney. But she will never find an attorney to say whatever she wants them to say that the others have claimed is unethical.

Her failure to stop being herself (her own, controlling self) with Cashman will be her deathknell. From what I've heard, Cashman was the perfect lawyer for her. Cashman, who went out of her way for Sarah... But Sarah couldn't shut up and listen. So, she will go down in flames and we will all enjoy watching. 😆😆
I think that all the lawyers were trying to coach her on how to aim for the minimum sentence, but she won't settle for anything less than trying to an acquittal.
@@doom4067 but some cited ethical reasons. Attempting for an acquittal vs lowest sentence isn't going to deal with anything regarding ethics. She has tried to get them (some of then at least) to take some unethical stance that they refuse. She is stubborn and wants to dictate her defense, is my guess. And those that cite ethical considerations refuse to lose their law license to do what she must be insisting she wants.
Maybe Cashman convinced her they must do... such and so. And Sarah agreed to that. But, she didn't like Cashman's attitude and wanted the attorney to be her bestie instead of her lawyer.
Cannot stand this KAREN murderer. I will enjoy the sentencing hearing.
Jury tampering - how can she get away with this behavior?
It isn't jury tampering because there is no jury yet, or even prospective jurors being screened.
You might think that during the time Sarah has been in, she could have earned an on-line law degree. But then.... After failing her first exam, there would have been a letter to the Dean of Students explaining why failing her was unfair because HER answers were the right answers and the questions were trick questions to begin with. This may also be why a SovCidiot Pro Se course won't fly with her because she would have to read from a script she would have to concede to as correct in it's fabrication. She may as well write her own Chopra-style word salad for all the good it will do her.

My first thought is that she's writing it for herself

She has the vocabulary and writing skills of a 7th or 8th grade student. That’s not an insult or judgement, just a commentary on her writing style after reading a lot of her actual submissions.
Her sentence structure is full of the kind of placeholder phrases (“This, that, and the other”, “…lawyer is snotty”, etc) people use in informal speech, but not in writing, and certainly not in a legal brief or court motion.
It’s also OBVIOUSLY performative. It’s for an audience much larger than the judge. If she wanted to defend herself and help her case, there’s one person she needs to convince; the judge.

I have thought from the first letter that they were actually for the viewing public. Attention seeking and trying to garner sympathy.
She may be able to put pretty sentences together to maybe be perceived as intelligent but she is not smart, at all. Sarah comes across having no remorse, believing that she is the victim.
If this ever gets to trial, it's going to be as cringey and uncomfortable as it has been from the first news story.

Cool visual aids to your analysis. I have in the past called the people who write to her, her ‘fans’. I think she believes they are. I am sure she receives negative mail but says nothing about them. They don’t fit her narrative and self image. She focuses on the positive letters with their advice and support to see her through this. After all, she claims she’s not getting any of that from her cold heated lawyers.
