- Makeup demo I put together for European Body Art and RBFX at Son of Monsterpalooza. I was a little rushed for time but I got it all done and was pretty happy with the outcome. Jamie Avera really killed it as my model!

I´m able to do nearly exactly this 3D makeup withought silicone or foamrubber appliances. Yust use Flexigum from Brian Penikas. It´s a sticky flexible putty that goes straight over protected skin with a latex layer as a base. It´s sort of sculpting direct on the face and it´s half to semi transparant so it looks as silicone but is much less expensive. The only clue is that you have to be able or yust are a good sculptor.
do you prefer the silabond to prosaide? And if so does Bond-Off work well to remove silabond or does it have its own remover? Amazing work as always!!
First thing, I NEVER use Bond off because it contains naphtha. Use isopropyl myristate. Its just an oil and doesnt contain crazy chemicals and is very gentle on the skin. It all depends because I love prosaid beacuse its cheap and sticks well with foamlatex but the removal gets gummy and isnt that much fun. Using Sil bond and Telesis is awesome because the removal is much easier but they are expensive. That said I prefer Telesis 5 over all because its fast and removes easy
