This isn't a question, but I wanted to point out, I am sort of partial to your views on celebrities, Stephen. The difference with me is, I tend to go for the ones no one has heard of or the least popular. I don't fall head over heels for them, nor do I think I will marry them, or think they are perfect. I find actors attractive but I go for personality, morals, and how well acting they do, like, for an example, I like the actor, Jensen Ackles. Yes, I find him handsome, but there's more to him than just eye candy. He puts so much into his roles that it draws you more into the TV show/movie and makes you feel for that character in a believable way. I also like how close and brotherly Jensen is with his co star, and how he has admitted to being a Christian, which you don't really hear in Hollywood, and stays out of the gossip circle most actors are in, keeping to a private life instead of all over US Weekly or whatever the public is reading these days. Wow, that was a ramble and I will stop there....
This whole Stephen vs Celebs things was really funny because today I was watching Alias with my girlfriend and for some reason we started to talk about Jennifer Garner and she was like "she's so beautiful" and I was just "meh, I dunno, her face is kind of weird" and we spent 10 minutes on that, and then we started to talk about Bradley Cooper and I was "he's one handsome dude even though he's way too blonde on Alias" and she was "he's good looking and all, but he's no James McAvoy" and I was "what? you're crazy! he's way hotter than that dude" and we basically barely watched two episodes of Alias whilst talking about hot celebrities and making funny comments about the 90's. Also in that conversation were Ben Affleck's penis, Katy Perry's boobs, Michael Fassbender's everything and young George Clooney.
Stephen I am almost exactly the same way with celebrities. I was never one to think that way about them because the very nature of their jobs draw a barrier between them and everyone who doesnt personally know them.
Fun fact: 66% of people who have Call of Duty NEVER touched multiplayer. That's not the people that played it once and never again, or even who played some but majority of singleplayer, no. A whopping two thirds of all buyers of CoD have ONLY played the singleplayer. But no one knows that because it's the quiet majority vs the vocal minority.
This is an interesting statistic and there is logic behind it, but I'm just curious: what is the source for this? Im not questioning the validity of the stat, but who did this study?
Andrew Souther Drift0r alerted me to this fact, it was a video of his about CoD and why it's so hard for the devs to listen to the multiplayer people because their wishes are so diverse. I believe he has a source on his video. If I can find it, i'll link to the video.
Question for Josh Jepson: How did you come to meet Stephen and Mal? Can you remember the first time you met Stephen and Mal for the first time and how did it go (feel free to add dramatization for laughs)?
DeeDee Hensley The awkward stare+hug thing, right? I do believe that's the first time they ever met in person. But as for the first time they ever _talked_, I have no idea.
Oh my gosh FINALLY someone who feels exactly the same way I do about celebrities. In that... I feel very little! Stephen that whole rambling mess was VERY relatable for me hahaha. I might notice someone is really cute during a movie or something but once it's over I just forget and don't care! And then I pretty much answer that kind of question same way you do. YER NOT ALONE.
I've never really paid that much attention to celebrities and gossip and what not, though I won't lie, there are celebrities I, somewhat unintentionally, get attached to. Robin Williams is the prime example, and I honestly didn't even realize how attached to him as a celebrity I was until he passed.
So here's a few questions :) When did you first get to know Josh? How long have you known each other? FAVORITE FOODS?! and FAVORITE GAMES too because why not! Any future projects involving both of you? (other than Far Cry 3 forts) I wanna ask more but I guess I have no more questions. Hope everyone who reads this will have a fantastic day! :)
Here's my question, it applies to both Stephen and Josh. If you were to do another Pokémon LP in the future, which version would you be considering doing next?
For the CoD question, it's not really that difficult to understand. Supply and demand, people want games with similar playing styles (generally) that can be easily picked up and played with friends. A lot of people like CoD's gameplay presentation and artistic look, so it only stands to reason that if they make an "improved" graphical or gameplay, even slightly, game that it would also be popular.
the long distance relationship is a great question and it's really all about what you're used to like me and my girlfriend would see each other once a week for part of a day and now that we live together I literally can't imagine being without her for a whole week, I've not spent a day without her in months, but when we saw each other once a week it was bearable it was only when it would have to wait another week it'd be really hard, but saying goodbye always sucks the best thing to do is just to know that you will see each other again in time
Josh, you've been pretty candid about your experiences with depression, but Stephen and Mal: do you have any experiences with mental illness that you'd be willing to share? And to all three of you: what do you find is the best way for you to get out of that place?
people who say what you do isn't a job is just because with the little understanding they have is that your job sounds fun and easy whereas "REAL" jobs are hard and unlikable so they try to drag you down by belittling what you do that you love by implying what they do is superior, when in actuality you entertain thousands of people daily and when I worked at a call centre I maybe only served that many people over 9 months and so much of it was just pointless and I hated every second after the first few months so yeh you have it really good and to the people who have no idea what goes on behind the scenes it sounds like a skive
Question for Stephen & Josh: What comes to your minds when you hear "Don't Press Y" and "Twerk Jerking"? For Stephen and Mal: Is "Papers, Please" a possible future Let's Play?
Josh, you've had multiple rebrandings and many new and interesting concepts lately in both of your channels. How has this helped/hurt you and how close are you to a final concept for your main and vlog channels?
To be honest... I generally don't care for the background music playing throughout.... probably more because it's just the same loop over and over again. But while you were naming females during the discussion at 20:00 - it worked so well with how much you two were laughing and losing focus.
I dont mean to sound selfish (and this probably will but I don't mean it to), but I'm a little sad when you said the county you're going to this year was part in Asia and part in Europe (which I'm guessing is either Turkey or Greece or both or somewhere around there). Mainly cos I live in the UK and would love to meet you guys but since thats the other side of Europe thats kinda impossible. But I sincerely hope you guys have a great time wherever you're going. But I hope you do visit the UK sometime in the next few years, and especially London as its a great city to visit and also the place where I live. But thats totally not my decision. Just a recommendation for somewhere to visit. :)
This might be a bit late, but... What do you think about the situation at Boston, and how do you guys think it will influence PAX East? Can't wait to see Josh on the show, I'll be waiting!
Between Stephen, Mal, and Josh, who would you say is the best at coming up with funny content (not video wise, just general things like jokes, funny sayings/reactions, etc.)
How would you deal with a situation where you're friends with someone and have been for years now but you have developed feelings for them and your other friends have told you that your crush likes you back and all your friends are pushing you to be in a relationship? Because honestly, I'm scared. What if the relationship goes bad and then they break up and then you lose your friends? Would you act on it and ask the person out or just not do anything about it?
I 100% agree with Stephen about the celebrity question. I know this girl who since like 3rd or 4th grade said that she was going to marry Justin Bieber and I still think that in freshman year of high school might still believe it. My best friend and I thought she was crazy when he changed completely and she still liked him.
Question for everyone: How is it like meeting new people at other places then forums or conventions. Do you hide the fact that you are gamers or are you right in their face with off the wall refrences that the normal person wouldn't get?
Stephen and Mal: I am going to college for Computer Science and I am having trouble with some of my Computer Science classes. I keep telling myself that I will not drop my major because of my dream and that I will power through them. But I am still having a lot of trouble. When you were in college, did you ever have such a rough time with classes that you wanted to switch majors, and what advice would you give to a person who is going through that.
To all: starting out as a new youtuber I look up to people like you guys, chugga, Tyler, etc. Who did you look up to on TH-cam when starting your channels, and do you still look up to them? Or are there new people you look up to?
1. Are you ever disappointed with a vlog or let's play video? In other words, do you ever wish that you had more to show in a day/episode than what you had at the end? 2. How have you made such lasting friendships over the Internet? I usually find that it's hard to connect with people so well without meeting them in person.
a question to Josk: do you think you could ever do a 2 v.s. 2 versus on the versus channel? for example you could do super mario galaxy 2 with the two-player mode and switch between every level. i think that would be very fun to watch.
Hey guys. On March 11th, I turn 18, and I plan to leave my family and house because I cannot stand being with them anymore. I'm just asking for some advise for living away from family. Thanks, Cinder
A question for all three of you: If I had the chance to go to the US (from eastern Canada) for my first large convention which one(s) would you recommend? Something that covers mostly video games but anime, manga and sci-fi too.
One is Europe and the other is considered Asia although it's on the cusp of being in Europe :) there is a specific name for it since it's on the edge of Europe...I'll have to look it up
Hey Stephen, Mal and Josh, I'm subscribed to both of your channels and love your videos, but my question is to Stephen or Josh and it is how did you meet each other?
Stephen and Mal, do people often have problems with mispronouncing your last name, and if so how do you deal with them? It annoys me to no end that everyone and their brother can pronounce Harris without a problem, but everyone seems to think Sarris is meant to be pronounced differently (for reference, it's pronounced exactly the same as Harris, just with an 'S' sound where the 'H' would be). Josh, on a similar note, I know people tease you a lot about your name being so close to Jetson, but do people say Jetson when referring to you without actually meaning to? How would you correct them?
if there are two countries they are going to I'm guessing Greece and Turkey as Greece is obviously in Europe but Turkey is in Asia but right next to Europe and has a lot of European influence (it's in Eurovision for example) but if it was one country then it'd be Russia
Also I would totally adopt once I got to that part of my life. Mainly because I want to have children but it's not looking good for me on the having them myself front.
JOSK JESKIN
Josh, do you have a question for the next q&a? We're having a special guest.
Looks like you are moving up from #4 to #3! Congrats! (anyone else get this? or is it just me?)
So what made you start Lp'ing?
Who?
I just love seeing Mal crack up to Stephen's answering.
This is easily one of the funniest Q&A videos of all time. And I literally just watched the entire playlist yesterday before bed.
This isn't a question, but I wanted to point out, I am sort of partial to your views on celebrities, Stephen. Wow, that was a ramble and I will stop there....
Josh and Stephen, can you guys have another awkward hug?
Does zombies count?
This is an interesting statistic and there is logic behind it, but I'm just curious: what is the source for this?
Im not questioning the validity of the stat, but who did this study?
Really? It doesn't help that there are hundreds of thousands are on AW mp right as I look at my screen, and that over 100k+ still play black ops 2 mp.
Interesting. I guess I used to be in the vocal minority? Oh we;;, that time has passed.
I think the first time they met was on the August 31, 2012 vlog at Pax Prime. I may be wrong but I'm fairly sure that they met in person on the vlog.
DeeDee Hensley The awkward stare+hug thing, right? I do believe that's the first time they ever met in person. But as for the first time they ever _talked_, I have no idea.
***** Yeah that's what I was talking about :3
Oh my gosh FINALLY someone who feels exactly the same way I do about celebrities. In that... I feel very little! Stephen that whole rambling mess was VERY relatable for me hahaha. I might notice someone is really cute during a movie or something but once it's over I just forget and don't care! And then I pretty much answer that kind of question same way you do. YER NOT ALONE.
Stephen: "I'm an entertainer, just like-"
Mallory: "Kim Kardashian."
You're not alone Stephen, I barely know any celebrities off the top of my head too.
Russia HAS to be the country in question.
That,or their geography notions are really off.
Wouldn't Turkey also fall into the category as well?
TwilightKing432 Yea, I was thinking that too
TwilightKing432 Turkey I believe is in Europe
TheShiningsquirtle Turkey ıs apart of both Europe and Asıa
I've never really paid that much attention to celebrities and gossip and what not, though I won't lie, there are celebrities I, somewhat unintentionally, get attached to. Robin Williams is the prime example, and I honestly didn't even realize how attached to him as a celebrity I was until he passed.
Who was your least favorite teacher while you were at school?
Stephen you are me right now. It's really annoying whenever people ask me about celebrities, I flip out and get confused.
So here's a few questions :)
When did you first get to know Josh?
How long have you known each other?
FAVORITE FOODS?!
and FAVORITE GAMES too because why not!
Any future projects involving both of you? (other than Far Cry 3 forts)
I wanna ask more but I guess I have no more questions.

I'm the exact same way about celebrities,Stephen. I can't name many and I don't /never did have a celebrity crush.
For JoshJepson: When and where did you get your unique hairstyle? It's becoming quite iconic these days.
That whole thing about the 'Don't Look Back' was SO cute XD
the long distance relationship is a great question and it's really all about what you're used to like me and my girlfriend would see each other once a week for part of a day and now that we live together I literally can't imagine being without her for a whole week, I've not spent a day without her in months, but when we saw each other once a week it was bearable it was only when it would have to wait another week it'd be really hard, but saying goodbye always sucks the best thing to do is just to know that you will see each other again in time

Are either of you guys thinking of going to international conventions, like ConBravo in (Hamilton), Ontario, Canada?
To be honest... I generally don't care for the background music playing throughout.... probably more because it's just the same loop over and over again.
But while you were naming females during the discussion at 20:00 - it worked so well with how much you two were laughing and losing focus.

QUESTION FOR JOSH AND STEPHEN!!! Will you two ever do another VERSUS together?
Do you and Josh have plans to do a full Versus? If so, which game?
Thanks for answering my question!
I dont mean to sound selfish (and this probably will but I don't mean it to), but I'm a little sad when you said the county you're going to this year was part in Asia and part in Europe (which I'm guessing is either Turkey or Greece or both or somewhere around there). was the awkward hug at PAX a couple years ago the most awkward moment between you two? or was there another moment more awkward than said hug?
How would you deal with a situation where you're friends with someone and have been for years now but you have developed feelings for them and your other friends have told you that your crush likes you back and all your friends are pushing you to be in a relationship? did you go to PAXS in Texas. and if you did. did you go to the river walk?
What's lps are you 3 most proud of doing / are doing
Stephen have you checked out Heartstone
Mal: "Kim Kardashian"...LOL that was epic timing!!! :D
Oh my god stephen that celeb question had me laughing non stop! my god
Paris maybe? France? I know it's probably one of the big places. I have no idea where in Asia though
question: Are you guys going to be go to chuggas place soon or is he going to come to your place soon?
I 100% agree with Stephen about the celebrity question. Question for JoeJepson: should Canada be considered as a real country?
lol what??
its a joke becuse josh jokes around with brook about it sometimes cus shes Canadian
cept we all live in igloos, and we're too damn nice,
I'm Canadian too btw I just thought it would be funny if they actually asked him this
Stephen and Mal: I am going to college for Computer Science and I am having trouble with some of my Computer Science classes. How will you answer this question?
Question to All 3 of you,
Would you ever do a LP on the classic 1993 FPS DOOM I and II? Or a Co-Op of DOOM I and II?
To all: starting out as a new youtuber I look up to people like you guys, chugga, Tyler, etc. Who did you look up to on TH-cam when starting your channels, and do you still look up to them? Or are there new people you look up to?
Stephen is the next Kim Kardashian
1. Are you ever disappointed with a vlog or let's play video? In other words, do you ever wish that you had more to show in a day/episode than what you had at the end?
2. How have you made such lasting friendships over the Internet? I usually find that it's hard to connect with people so well without meeting them in person.
Glad I made you laugh so much Mal :D hahaha
That celebrity part was adorable
a question to Josk: do you think you could ever do a 2 v.s. 2 versus on the versus channel? for example you could do super mario galaxy 2 with the two-player mode and switch between every level. i think that would be very fun to watch.
Question from a member of the Jepsquad: What was it like to move so far away from your family? Was it hard? Do you often get homesick?
Ever thought of visiting Australia?
See, the real reason Josh is coming to visit because Josh and Stephen still have to record that DKC Returns MOOSE versus.
Hey guys. On March 11th, I turn 18, and I plan to leave my family and house because I cannot stand being with them anymore. I'm just asking for some advise for living away from family.
Thanks,
Cinder
This isn't a question but Josh is the person I discovered stephenvlog through because of his pax east 2014 videos :)
Will you guys do Elder Scrolls Online? Either as a First20 or a Stephen and Friends series?
A question for all three of you: If I had the chance to go to the US (from eastern Canada) for my first large convention which one(s) would you recommend? Something that covers mostly video games but anime, manga and sci-fi too.
One is Europe and the other is considered Asia although it's on the cusp of being in Europe :) there is a specific name for it since it's on the edge of Europe...I'll have to look it up
Hey Stephen, Mal and Josh, I'm subscribed to both of your channels and love your videos, but my question is to Stephen or Josh and it is how did you meet each other?
The Celebrities question for the past half-year!
What's the story behind the awkward hug?
Stephen and Mal, do people often have problems with mispronouncing your last name, and if so how do you deal with them? It annoys me to no end that everyone and their brother can pronounce Harris without a problem, but everyone seems to think Sarris is meant to be pronounced differently (for reference, it's pronounced exactly the same as Harris, just with an 'S' sound where the 'H' would be).
Josh, on a similar note, I know people tease you a lot about your name being so close to Jetson, but do people say Jetson when referring to you without actually meaning to? How would you correct them?
Why arnt you guys(josh jepson too) on the runaway guys?
if there are two countries they are going to I'm guessing Greece and Turkey as Greece is obviously in Europe but Turkey is in Asia but right next to Europe and has a lot of European influence (it's in Eurovision for example) but if it was one country then it'd be Russia
Stephen, with your Skyrim LP, how entertaining was it to play the game to 100% and has Mr. Jepsen played anything to that extent before?
8:37 (FLASH FOWARD TO 2040) "thanks dad for the reassessment"
Maybe Greece and Turkey?
Best QNA ever! 😂 Question for March: What do you think Abt Mewtwo in Smash, and who would you like to see as DLC?
Stephen, when will you release more GTA online? This question is for after next weeks Q&A.
Whenever someone says TH-cam isn't a job I think for most people is that their job sucks
Yeah I'm the same way with actors I don't really know any except Benedict Cumberbatch, most Doctors, and Supernatrual
I'm the same, I don't know anyone! Except for Jimmy John. He's hot.
This question can go to all three of you, Have any of you seen a series inspired by Halo called Red vs Blue?
Josh, and Stephen too, when you met, did any of you felt like hugging? Or was it more like natural derpy friend stuff?
You oughta do more CS:GO stuff! It's a fun game to watch!
Do you think you will ever have a road trip on the northern half of the U.S. and if you do where do you think you would have meetups?
I fell out of my seat, I'm laughing too hard. "Their all pretty people!" "Isn't she like...4...hundred years old?" :'D
How did you and Josh meet
josh if you could pick another Lets player to be on VERUS with who would it be?
Stephen, how did you meet joshjepson
I can name celebrities, but I was the same way when I was younger, never found fantasizing about celebrities to be a priority
21:30 - 22:00 AKA Ninten rants about celebrities.
How did both of you start lping
Stephen, how did you and Mal meet Josh?
Which capture card do you suggest for a beginning youtube LPer? :) [lets player]
question for JoshJepson; will you ever do a pokemon versus on the versus channel with tyler or with someone else?
Also I play both call of duty and other stuff as demonstrated on my channel I play whatever I can get my hands on it!
Could each of you do an impression of your favorite Cartoon Network character?
Have you ever seen Equestria Girls or Rainbow Rocks?
Also I would totally adopt once I got to that part of my life. Mainly because I want to have children but it's not looking good for me on the having them myself front.
Will you ever go to a E3 or CES event?
When you guys start playing D&D 5E, do you ever plan on making your own campaigns, or just following the modules?
They're going to Canada right?
