      I find it harder to do reps with weighted pull-ups. I would prioritize strength over reps.

    I can do two hundred weighted pull-ups with the weight of my weight of gravity on Pluto, I do this every morning in fact.

    You should see what your what rep max weighted pullup is. I wouldnt be surprised if you are close to the world record in your weight class. World record in 80kg class is 220 pounds

    My one rep max is 60kg, can do 20kg for about 8

      Then you are doing something wrong😅 +60kg 1 reps max would be like +20kg 12-15 reps

      I think that’s a 45 lb plate. But even still i can do that for 10 but have never touched 3 plates like he has, not even for 1.

      Are most of you this dumb ? It could be his last set or last exercise and he just uploaded the video. If it was his last set then no one is lifting their best in their 3rd or 4th set

      I’ve been training with 60 pounds 5-7 reps for two years twice a week and haven’t had an issue with my elbows.
      If you don’t want to hurt yourself better stay at home with your momma, son.
