I'm a doctor, being against a political party policy is not being anti-national. Unfortunately the country has become intolerant. Irrespective, during duty hours ur not supposed to see the patients caste or political beliefs or even criminal background. Even if they are criminals treatment will not change.

So no need to appreciate, at least don't blame doctors when something goes wrong, no doctor in the world wants patient to die in his hands

Patients tell their life stories .. it feels so sad to know there condition... Now when I see you doc it seems like you give strength by saying that whatever we as doctors are doing gives us satisfaction of saving a life nd patience to handle the pain of someone's going through agony of deteriorating health condition! It starts as soon as you enter the medical college, you start giving priority to clinical postings rather than your cousin's wedding ! That's what the beauty of this field !!

Swati Rawat do u have any idea how difficult it is to make it in the medical field? Do you know how much money it takes to become a doctor nowadays? Maybe what you say should start with politicians. Maybe they should live for the people .And maybe the business people as well, should do everything for the common good of citizens and country. People come to hospitals nowadays and don't think twice before assaulting a doctor. Doesn't the doctor have a life? Doesn't he have a family and and personal life? The politicians have not done justice for the health care system by not providing enough doctors and staff, hence the burn out spoken of in this video. And the pharma companies, promoting their medicines and using people in white coat to promote their agendas.. So don't burden the doctors by unnecessarily high expectations like calling them gods and they should live for others. I feel sorry about that doctor's nephew suffering from ondines curse also known as congenital central hyperventilation syndrome a very rare condition in which a person dies due to respiratory arrest if he forgets to breath...
I have worked as non academic junior resident in AIIMS, Emergency medicine. Believe me it is very draining emotionally and physically. Still in AIIMS but as an oncologist. Hats off to doctors and staff in Emergency medicine.

Eye's just couldn't control the tears, proud to be a doctor ,it really feels good when we bring someone back from the pit of death !! But people need to understand the value of doctors, the assaults on doctor are increasing daily , the doctors do there best sacrificing there time with family to make someone else's family better !! Medical assault is a bigger Crime , you are not only hurting a doctor's life but many more lifes he could have saved !! ☮️
