The only thing I'd change about this home is for it to be mine! 😁 Realistically though, if I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a home, I'd probably order this in a mini mansion size, 600-800²ft, just to allow for a bigger bedroom, and with a bit of extra width in the overall home, I could have space for proper stairs, as those tight step stairs are not much above a ladder....and me landing flat on my arse! 🙄 Just to add a bit of whimsy, I'd change the loft railing to a proper closed in wall. I do think it's attractive seeing the overall aspect when you walk in with the railing, but I also love the idea of a home with a secret room! With the stairs tucked back out of sight, and allowing for a bit more wiggle room if the home was bigger, I could add a panel pocket door in front of the stairs, so no one would know it was there! I don't know why, I'm a 52 year old grandmother and SHOULD be more grown up, BUT, I'd be happy as a pig in shit to have my own secret room! 😁😁😁 I personally love the minimal kitchen, because if I'm going to downsize in space, I'd want to downsize in work and maintenance too! That kitchen is plenty big enough to make the occasional family meal, but I live alone, so mainly use my oven for frozen meals and pizzas! Much easier, cheaper and quicker to clean up from. A slightly bigger floorplan would allow for an extra external door, which I'd make my front door. Possibly next to the stairwell, opposite the washer and dryer. I prefer my front door to be more private and not look into my entire home! There could be shoe cubbies cut out of the wall to utilise the under-stairs space, with coat hooks above too, so the front door entryway would also double as a coat closet. That way my porch deck is MINE for peace and quiet and not disturbed by people knocking at the door! Enclose the whole back area in 7ft privacy fencing for my own non-overlooked back garden, and I could leave that porch door open all day if I want to. Put The Seashore house right by the actual seashore, and it literally couldn't get any more perfect! If only I could actually make that happen and have that life. 😕
No lofts for us senior citizens! Without the loft I could have at least two more feet in the front of the house, where you spend most of your awake time.I do love everything else!,
This is the most lovely tiny home you've shown! My only concern would be the very small bedroom. But I LOVE the finishes and spacious living area. Finally, a tiny home with a dining room. Yay!
I love the fact that you've got wood ceiling and wood floors.❤ One of the things I would change is to make a larger bedroom in the back. If that means going to a 38-foot then I would probably do that. The other thing the stairs are very narrow call Mom you can barely fit through that staircase.
Love this model I think the best. I love the Tumbleweed and the Cardinal also. But the size of the livingroom and dining where you can entertain with that 10 ft porch is what I need. The Kitchen is nice with a dishwasher for sure. Across where there is a buffet area I would like to see more cabinets above instead of open shelf. Also nice to be a coffee bar. My dream home would be this and a screened.
What a beauty this one is! The layout is great. The living area seems very spacious. I love the dining area. Even has a fireplace! So nice! My only caveat is that the fridge has hinges on the right, but the nearest counter is on the right. The fridge should open the other way. That little detail will be an irritating inconvenience for as long as that fridge is in the home.
You could do a dining table that is rectangular and counter height so you get extra counter space. Just do stools that tuck under. I was surprised the shower wasn’t tiled. Adding storage under the fireplace would be nice for shoes or dog toys.

🤗Love the whole house! The living area is fabulous. Love the size of the bathroom👍🏼 I don't need a dishwasher. I would prefer a 9-ft porch so that way I would have room to put a small coat closet when i enter the home & a small utility closet with shelves next to the washer & dryer for the vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop, bucket & cleaning supplies. Loft can be used as a home office, a hang out place or storage area. Throw a blow up mattress up there for occasional guests. I really like this one a lot ☺️💝.
I agree with you completely about having a smaller front porch (8' is large enough for me!) to allow for a coat closet and a utility closet, perhaps a divided double closet for these two purposes. I would also prefer a good sized pantry rather than the hutch. I wouldn't need all that space for decor. I also think the bedroom is a little small. The barn door is a little overwhelming. I would rather have a pocket door or a bi-fold. One last thing is the loft. It does seem roomier with the slightly higher center ceiling. However, I would like to see the upstairs with a definite division of space, one side strictly for storage and the other for sleeping or just hanging out. Very nice floorplan on this model!
I really appreciate the stairs in the rear providing additional space in the front of the house and the additional counter space with the built in hutch…❤❤❤ Last weeks model with the built in bunk bed was outstanding but this model is even better, I look forward to see what you come up with next. You finally got the correct size refrigerator for a tiny home with a flat front with no big handles sticking out in the walkway. Others may like the big side by side, but they look so huge in a tiny home and have big handles sticking out. I know...that is why we all have options, but I got excited to see that size and model frig. It looks so much better.
I actually like this one! The interior layout and design totally sold me on it for some reason. Energy good or something. One day, when I can afford, I'll look into this. Thank you for showing such awesome options.
Definitely like the living room layout and the quartz counters. A picture is forming in my mind of the perfect layout for me but I haven't seen it as a standard floorplan yet. I wonder if you ever do mini lofts that are just intended for storage but not so big as to be a sleeping loft. I'm compiling a list of my favorite features. I love the idea of tiny living but there is much to consider logistically in making it happen.
Absolutely beautiful, love the dinning room, the colors, counter tops just beautiful...colorful stackable washer and dryer...I could live in there.. Oh and the living sofa I love it.. I have grandchildren that's enough room for them..

Nice floor plan! One thing that I'd like to see in some of the tinys, is to see it staged with a bed in the bedroom. Just to get a better idea, visually, what the space looks like. This one looks pretty small, so it's hard to imagine the actual amount of space... just a thought. Y'all really do a great job with the different floor plan options, and changing things up. When it comes to tiny, you really do need to learn to think outside the box ❤️🌵☀️⛈️🌈☮️🐎
Really love this one. It allows enough room to have one's own furniture. Also, the space for an actual dining table is great. Best model for me. It's tiny but big enough for one person to live very comfortably without being tempted to clutter the place up - as I tend to do when I have enough room for it. 🤣
This one has increased quality items such as, the counter tops. Would love to see a pony wall instead of the metal looking fence in loft for privacy, and with another mini split in loft. I believe that no matter the model of the home it is an absolute must to have the range vented to the outside especially in a tiny home. Overall 👍🏻👍🏻

Before this, my favorite was the Topaz model with the outdoor fireplace. this is my new favorite!!!! I love the countertops and I love the shiplap wall accent!

That's what I'm talkin about. Gorgeous wood floors and colors. Love the surfaces and finishes. Its a smaller kitchen with not alot of storage but i guess you have to sacrifice it for the dining room. Good for someone who doesn't cook much. Looks like the refrigerator opens in an ackward way. Would a queen bed fit in the bedroom?
Growing up in NY i'm use to a galley style kitchen. I really love the layout in the seashore and the cool color scheme. The quartz counters look very elegant and upscale. Another knockout Mr. Tiny!!
Now THAT’S what I’m talking about. Pricey but gorgeous. I love the eat in kitchen setup right next to the sofa/living area. The quartz is awesome and the floors as well. The hutch put right there also is very clever. I would want one like that with no loft.

The exterior looks like a Mini-mini Mansion. That wall of windows and the framed loft, set that floor plan off. The galley kitchen is not usually my favorite, but with the full size dining area, it is beautifully done. That quartz throughout, along with that simply elegant backsplash is lovely. The added large LED fireplace, and the hardwood floors/ceiling, makes this a Classy Spot.
