Awesome recap as always Timmy!! Love your channel. Thanks for covering this fun and amazing match up. Guillaume Ettori really kept me on my toes, hitting my lands really hard! Trike is a monster with Living Plane, and falling star is really scary - such a cool deck you have, G. Some quick discussion points that came up in the video. In game 2, regarding my bolt on the trike in upkeep. I did that because bolt means damage is on trike until end of turn. My only chance at staying alive one more turn was for G to make a misplay, or cast a living plane so I could block the trike. If he cast a living plane, trike would be unable to shoot more than once (since he would already have 3 damage on him). Fortunately, I forecasted this exactly right (living plane being cast), and survived that turn. (G attacked with trike - but I let him take it back, as he did not know the interaction with the damage on the trike rule, hence the discussion around the 30 min mark). Game 3 ending (G at 2 life), when I had two vices on board with howling mine in play, I knew that Guillaume would have to block my 2 attacking lands. If he did not block - he would die, and by destroying his lands, he would be unable to cast spells on his turn (living plane making new lands summoning sick). If G didn't play cards out of his hand on his turn (4 mana icy), he would also die next turn to black vice.
Rob, The bolt on the trike in game 2 assuming he would play LP or make a misplay.... this makes you an expert player. You are so far ahead. This is magic at it finest, bravo.
@@87plank i thought in OS, Health point on creature get back at the end of every phase. That's why with this in mind, i cast LP before attacking. Knowing this directly, i would change for attack first then living planes. After plays and declare attacking, he explains me the rule.
@@k4b4l74 im still an amateur player myself and starting to get better. Hoping one day I can take all in consideration and playing like you 😇 these were great matches 👌
Clearly Os X point and 7 points singletons plays very differently. Which do you prefer, and which would you say promotes a more diverse yet balance gameplay?
They're two different animals if you ask me. Singleton is very different from regular OS. The only thing they have in common is that they work with a point system.

Great match! Love watching an underworld dreams deck do it’s thing!
Absolutely one of my favorite matches of all time.
Always on the look 👀 out for the best matches 🙌
Underworld Dreams is my favorite card in MtG. Commander is the most popular at my LGS which led me to build a Nekusar the Mindrazer deck.
Both cards really invite you to brew and come up with creative decks. I’ve always liked those kind of cards.
Wow, that's a very unusual build with Time Vault, like it.
