Been camping and visiting the keys for over 35 years now, I've seen it change a LOT over that time. There's still a few little spots you can get away with camping but overall it's become a rich man's playground and people not so fortunate have been pushed out. All of Knights Key used to be a campground but they sold it and now it's a multi million dollar resort. Long Key hasn't been rebuilt since the last Hurricane and as you found out unless you book 11 months in advance good luck getting a spot anywhere. We actually rent a house now just because the cost and difficulty of camping was too much. Anyways, the Keys are beautiful but I don't agree with many of the changes. Enjoy your adventures!
I agree. I lived in Big Pine for eight years back in the 80’s. (Loved driving over the old 7 mile bridge everyday to and from work🥰❤️). I go back to the keys every few years. That’s what I found at Key West. All the water views are “owned” by someone. As the general public you will feel landlocked. Unless you check in to a beachfront resort. No public beach access.
I've had a campsite that is on private property for ages, my boat broke down in Key Largo and the owner of the shop Dave is just so awesome! He changed our shift and steering linkage and all our thermostats on my boat after plenty of profanity 😂. The people in the Keys are amazing and love your lifestyle! You just have to make the correct connections down there.
That’s awesome! I agree. We didn’t want to be in anyone’s way. We just never experienced the keys before and wanted to see it for ourselves. Cool place. I loved being on the catamaran. The water is amazing.
I’m a Floridian we love to RV in the keys, going back this November. I’m on my 3rd RV, our first class C sprinter had multiple leaks, and it was new, our class B, like yours was a WB travato, we had a leak from the front marker lights on the roof. Back in a 30’ class C, jayco, no leaks in this one. The “key” is maintenance and inspections of all possible leak areas! Keep a tube of dicor and silicone at all times! (Do not silicone over dicor)
Lived in the Keys for 8 years. They used to say on the radio in Key West that they were not so hard on the boondockers if when they left, they took a homeless person and a rooster. I guess you can blame it on the Canadians: they come down with 1 shirt and a 20 dollar bill, and don't change either one!

Hope you guys find Mallory Square & the huge bouy at the southern most point , so many miss these places, also there are places to sleep on the street you just have to find the right neighborhoods, people do it all the time, they just fill up fast .. Glad y’all were resourceful ..
Just saw this come up in my feed and noticed you are in a Noovo van! Love their builds! I was in the Keys a week before you all were, I got lucky and nabbed a night at John Pennekamp SP and a night at Curry Hammock SP using Campscanner. I'm going to try and see if I can reserve a spot at Bahia Honda SP for next yr so I can spend more time roaming around. The day I was at Key West it was crazy busy and it was a Monday!
I will say being retired military I stay on the base in Key West. You can pitch a tent bring a RV, stay in the transient building, stay in a trailer 2 bedroom $147.00 a night, stay in the Town homes 3 bedroom $167 a night. Plenty of parking for your boat/car. Who can afford almost $500. a night.
Isn't this the proof that the "freedom" of van life is greatly exaggerated? The omnipresent "stealth" concern - evading fines and arrest, hoping there's no knock telling you to move at 3am... that is not freedom. This is not a put down on the life. We lived for years in a cabover camper, in tents, and our partially constructed buildings on our remote Alaska construction sites. You're right about the BLM land being so different. Even better are all the sand bars and gravel bars on rivers, below the ordinary high water mark. They can't stop you from camping there because it is public domain. So my husband took us in rafts towing truck tire inner tubes stacked with supplies on the Mississipi and its tributaries. You can stay free for weeks, nobody will hassle you. There's no freedom like owning unzoned, unrestricted use remote rural land. No permits, no licenses, nobody having to review and improve, nobody to tell you no. Build a nuclear power plant if you want, no regulations prohibiting same. When all you really want is a shack and an outhouse. You can still do that in a vanishingly few places. Like Alaska.
Oh no, you missed the really awesome cemetery. The headstones are not typical. Fun to watch your channel, just stumbled across it this morning. Enjoy your travels.
There are five regions the upper keys is called Key Largo, then you have Islamorada, Marathin, Big Coppit or Pine, then the Lower Keys called Key West. Key West is known for its lime pie. Hope you enjoy your ride!
Lower Keys is everything south of the Seven Mile Bridge which includes Big Pine. Islamorada south to Marathon are the middle keys and Islamorada north to Key Largo are the upper keys. It matters.
Headed to key west for our 27th year anniversary, moved to Florida 8 years ago to new Smyrna beach from Jersey ,always wanted to travel to key west this will be our first time ,we will be there 4th of July weekend hope we can stand the heat, but the hotels cost are crazy expensive and some what you to pay a parking fee daily,we got one with free parking right in town so we can walk to everything and may rent a scooter, love the video!
I just love when people don't do any research on the place they travel to and then complain about how bad the place is! Key West is a great place but like any place you go to, you have to research before you get there!
I think you are just a negative person who thinks they are Perfect.. life’s a journey of learning. If everyone knew everything and how to do everything the world wouldn’t be what it is.
See the thing is I get what both of you are saying. But this issue is a little bigger than that. It’s the term “free country”. There are some people that actually believe free means I can go anywhere in America that is not owned by an individual and do whatever I want that’s not encroaching on someone else’s rights or freedoms. People are slowly waking up to the fact that we aren’t as “free” as we’d like to think we are. You can’t just go on a beach in Florida after a certain time. Let alone sleep at one. You can’t just go to a state or national park after the sun goes down. You can’t just arbitrarily fly a drone that you bout in this country at any altitude. There’s a ton of rules and laws in place that have no direct effect on someone else’s rights. It’s ridiculous but it’s what we asked for.
My backyard! I love my state. Do you want to see Gators, go to Coopertown and you don't even have to get on a boat. Mischief and I forgot the name of the older Gator that is like 15 long that was shot in one eye are always there at the boat dock. You guys are funny. No Key West is not the only key in the Keys😂 I was watching your videos and was wondering how you even opened the windows with all the mosquitos and noseeums next to the beaches at sundown. When the sun goes down next to any body of water down here, you better be inside, or else you will wish you were. The rain, wait five minutes and the weather will be totally different! If you like to snorkel, any red coral is something you don't want to touch. It's called FIRE CORAL, for a reason. You touch it, and you will never forget the pain and feeling of fire on your skin. You shouldn't touch any Coral, but that one is the devil figure skating on your head when you have a migraine!
I, also visited Key West. I don't remember when, but the sunsets were killer, and loved the architecture, also the wild chickens, and cats, they're all over! (Night Life is insane!) And had a very memorable time. Subbed to your buddy, Trent, so now I subscribe to you.
You're quite welcome! 😁👍 I'm pretty sure there's a bar in Key West to where Ernest Hemingway used to frequent, but I dunno if you'd want to visit, due to the lack of places to spend the night.
Dawww! Who's a good boy?!?! 😃 Watched your video because I live in Orlando and I'm taking my Sportsmobile down to the Keys this October. Got a campsite on Sugarloaf Key for a week, but haven't planned a single other thing haha.
I van stayed in Key West some 53 yrs ago and never was bothered the same with Washington DC, and many other places we stopped traveling across country. But, it was a different world then.
That's the one thing I don't miss about living in Florida, the rain. It would rain on one side of the street and sun shine on the other. I like keeping my motorcycles and vehicles detailed and it would rain 3 hours later.... 😠
Apparently, it CAN be done, if done right, Ryan Twomey even stealth camped overnight and didn't seem to have any trouble. He parked, got out his ebike and everything then came back and stayed overnight.
It CAN be done. We managed to stay there for over a week. But little did we know there were fines attached to it if caught. Key west is a little different than any other spot we have been yet. All the locals know what you’re up to and don’t seem to like us staying overnight. We even called the sheriffs office to make sure and it definitely is a thing. Moral of the story is you can do it just do it at your own risk.
20:21 don't go by the expiration date. What you need to do is put some water in a cup. Put the egg in the water if it floats up just a little bit it's good. If it floats up halfway it's still good. But if the egg goes above the water through the egg out it's no good. Far far away from you cuz it will stink.
I always offer if anyone is ever in the NJ area (of Atlantic City let's say) I'm about a 15 minute ride from AC- and I have a large piece of property that I like to offer people living your lifestyle- and we do keep cameras on our property so it's safe- but we wouldn't let just anyone that looked ehhhh idk. I like to think listening my gut has steered me right!! Anyhow! The offer is there if you ever find yourself in the S Jersey area plus about 15 mins in the other direction from me are a few nice camp grounds so that would work as well if you didn't feel comfortable having basically your own lot!!!
In the 80s it was totally different. My mom would take us camping with a huge tent. On the bottom of a bridge fishing and cooking all weekend long. No one would ever bother us now you do that and you go directly to jail. When you're going to the keys you see nothing but fence. Before you would be able to stop and swim on the beach not anymore it sucks.
You could have found out all the information about Key West on the internet. Many years ago, you had to wing it. Now, you can find out everything about a place before you visit.
I never have liked flat land and ocean combo. Always preferred mountains and ocean. More campfires and less people. But everyone to themselves. Enjoy life, it is short at best.
Geiger Key Marina and Hog Fish Bar and Grill are famous for their Hogfish. If you ever get back try them. Where you parked at Boca Chica is in the flight path of the Navy base where the fighter jets go to train so that's why it's noisy. You'll see FA-18's about every day.The sound of freedom! We camp in the Keys ever winter in Cudjoe Key just 23 miles from mile zero
Visited Key West Thanksgiving-ish 2023 in our 24 ft Sprinter. Parking was challenging. We overnighted on a residential street in the Casa Marina area. We are not stealth. After leaving Key West and doing a little resesrch about RVing there, I don't think it was even legal for me to drive a 24ft long, 10ft tall vehicle in the city. Too bad, I'd like to go back and spend more money but I'm not parking an hour away.
hey guys im a new suscriber,i live in the keys for almost 40 years ,we move out of there in 2018,we live now in saint augustine my all familie live in the keys including my daugther,my son in marathon and my mom in key west,i got a motorhome we drove there 2 years ago and we park in kmart parking lot in marathon and they kick us out including 5 more rvs ,you are not allow to park anywhere in the keys period ,we rent hotel there this week to see our families ,i will not recomend any rv to go to the keys if you find a place to park is going to cost you at least $200 or more a nigth,i know because i grow up there and police are all over the keys ,be safe and enjoy your life
Visited Key West when I was 18 and drove the bridges down at night could not see anything but the road, Lucky because I would have been scared to death if I knew the water was 100 feet below me. Asked a local where all the beaches were and he gave me the funniest look before he said "Son, what do you want us to do? Grind up all the coral and make you some beaches?" And never, ever make the mistake of calling it a Conch (concshe) shell .. it is a Conch (conk) shell
I lived in Key West in the 1980’s. It was wonderful. It was a whole different atmosphere of local artists down Duval Street and very friendly and hometown feeling. Not anymore. We did not have cruise ships and we did not have the perverse parades. The actual southernmost point is off of the military base. Take a look at your map. For military people, we have the military bases to stay on with our RVs. I left my heart in the “Florida Keys” and I am headed back. The Keys are called Cays in the Bahamas, small islands. Make sure you get on the big sailing ship, and experience the beautiful sunsets and waters of the Florida Keys. Stock Island has a great little RV park on the water. Research the history of the Florida Keys, it is amazing. 🌊🏝️😊🚐⛵️
I'm from the Keys, Born & Raised, and I just wanted to mention really quick that gap in the bridge ya'll filmed at 10:53 that's where the blew up the bridge with demo for the ending scene in the movie True Lies with Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's known as the old bridge / old 7-mile bridge, but you can see in the movie where they blow it up and the vehicle slides into the water. Wild!
So many places in the upper keys (not key west) where you could stealth camp and not have to worry about those issues... Key West is pretty over rated as well... Marathon Key (Sombrero Beach) and Bahia Honda ($5 entry and the best free snorkeling youll find) is really all you need!
I think I know Your mom... she, my wife, myself and our two kids shared a few Mimosas while having brunch in a fancy South Carolina Hipster Restaurant. Joy. Happy Joy. Cheers!
I remember the one time we went we were right off Duval Street and the damn roosters would wake us all up at 5am after getting home at 2am from the bars. It was a good time had a ton of laughs that trip but that location was awful for noise live band outside at night and roosters in the AM. Got almost no sleep the entire weekend beautiful place but probably will never go back at least not to Key West maybe one of the other keys a little more laid back.
Our cat has gone bicycle riding with us we have a backpack that I put on my front even though he's 20 lb but he's not fat we put them in our backpack and he rides in the front as we ride our bicycles
FYI, refrigerated eggs don't go bad they just dry out. If you get a bad or rotten egg chances are it was layed that way. I buy dozens of eggs at a time and eat them over months. I've never had a bad one plus older eggs peel easier once hard-boiled. Cheers!
We take our cat camping with us but I haven't made it to the Florida keys yet I'm thinking about it so we're trying to check out and figure out which way to do it
My first trip to the Keys and Key West was late 70’s, we went to the nude beach. Needless to say it’s a little different today. Not sure where the average person lives (think about all the hotel and restaurant workers). Hurricanes cause the biggest change, then the big guys come in and buy up everything and build condos.
I actually live in Florida and have been to the Keys numerous times there are many keys as soon as you get into key Largo you should see a sign for every key as you’re going down to Key West and the colour of the the most beautiful I’ve ever seen!!
The roosters and cats were all over the last time I went. The roosters would wake us up at 5am hated them for that😅the cats were cool they have a bunch at Hemingway house some were very friendly.
Those are fighter jets that fly pretty much everyday. Try listening to the noise for nearly two years. We stayed on Big Coppitt or Pine Key and the jets were our entertainment. Key west is a military town with a navel base and more.
If you ever come back through Sarasota , North port area , I have a private little piece of property you are more than welcome to Boondock on for a couple days if you need . I also have a TH-cam channel based on tiny adventures and a converted bus. Maybe we can Collab one day ! Everything here is expensive these days unfortunately. Happie adventures! 🌻🔆 🚌
19:49 You guys need a pen almost like an octagon but only half so when cooking on the side you can let furbaby out....even when others dogs are off leash. The fence breaks down easily as well.
Yeahh...I'm switching to a boat so I can hang out in the keys for a while. lol Could never take my van seems like a nightmare finding spots for visiting down there long term. I could do a short trip but I know I won't want to leave! I don't sleep well when I think I might get knocked .
I love KW, if you spend time downtown it’s usually super busy especially when cruise ships arrive. I prefer staying away from the hassle and bustle of Duvall street. Dry Tortugas is one of my favorite national parks to visit! If you do go downtown, a scooter makes parking so much easier! Also, the comment about larger RV’s rocking and rolling isn’t always true, often times those 45ft coaches are the best driving most stable RV’s you can get.
We are the same. It was cool to touch mile 0 but too much going on for us lol. The wind blows our van around pretty good on super windy days as well. I think it’s just because of the height of the high roof vans and RVs
@@happietobehere I have a older 45 ft Entegra cornerstone, it’s by far the most stable RV I have owed or driven. It takes a lot of wind to move +50,000 lbs around, the extra axel in the rear also helps keep it stable. My Jeep wrangler gets pushed around significantly more than the RV. I believe it’s a combination of height, weight and suspension. My Jeep is heavy but has crappy live axels. RV is big, heavy and has a great suspension.
I also just stumbled on you. So nice to ve young and be able to do what you are doing. So much fun. We have been to 48 states. On the road in a few days making many stops. No hurry for New England this year. Its every year due to family and friends. Enjoy.
11:05 You can hear all the road noise in those Pro Masters. I bet a cheap mic would sound a lot better. 23:50 Hotel and RV parking is a big business in the Keys. They don't want outsiders unless you're spending a lot money. It's already oversaturated so that's how they regulate it. It's sad but if they didn't do that it would probably get overrun with homeless people. South Florida in general is tough for boondocking.
I believe the reason for areas not allowing overnight stays is the hotel industry and taxes reaped by the locality. Now some folks ruin it for others... locals seem more offended, they want the tourist money...
Our cat is small he's only 20 lb but he's not fat or overweight but we take him in all the stores around here I wonder if they would allow our cat to go with us in the stores in Florida
Nice I live in Fort Lauderdale FL. Should visit (Las olas Beach) Pompano Beach or Hollywood Beach. Very friendly atmosphere. More parking options, all day paid parking spots.
Now this was entertaining, a TH-cam van life creator talking about Ryan Twomey's channel and his cooking to an old guy living in a Class C who watches Ryan and his cooking. 😂 I've upped my cooking game because of Ryan, and I found your comment entertaining. That was worth a subscribe.
> Boondocking in Key West, Florida, is generally not legal. Key West has strict regulations against overnight parking and camping in vehicles outside of designated campgrounds and RV parks. The city enforces these rules to maintain public order and safety, and violators can face fines and penalties…

To test if eggs are bad do the float test. Put them in a glass of water, and if they’re bad, they will float.
This doesn’t always work 😅, I will say it’s about 95% accurate though 😂
I’m a Floridian we love to RV in the keys, going back this November.
I’m on my 3rd RV, our first class C sprinter had multiple leaks, and it was new, our class B, like yours was a WB travato, we had a leak from the front marker lights on the roof. Back in a 30’ class C, jayco, no leaks in this one. The “key” is maintenance and inspections of all possible leak areas! Keep a tube of dicor and silicone at all times! (Do not silicone over dicor)
I agree! We have been loving Florida. Great experience.
As a Canadian,I can’t disagree more. And your comment makes no sense.
Oh my gosh, how funny.. joyful and informative VanLife Channel. I seen your Title and was ‘Oh Nooo’ yea, I plan to visit FL as well as Keys area and really dont want a ticket. Thank you for sharing your experience. New Fan of your Channel 🎉❤🎉 Wooh whooo Bernard didn’t lay eggs 🥚 😂😂
We love it! It’s a great place to visit. We really enjoyed going out on the catamaran! Awesome views. Bahia Honda is also an amazing place!
State parks - #38.50 a night or work camp and get your site free for long term stay
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I will say being retired military I stay on the base in Key West. You can pitch a tent bring a RV, stay in the transient building, stay in a trailer 2 bedroom $147.00 a night, stay in the Town homes 3 bedroom $167 a night. Plenty of parking for your boat/car. Who can afford almost $500. a night.
I think they forced the locals that had floating homes on "Houseboat Row".😮💨
😳
This is the truth. Just land.
I believe these two don't mind paying the price for any place the will want to stay ... Doesn't look like money for anything is a problem for them.
Oh no, you missed the really awesome cemetery. The headstones are not typical. Fun to watch your channel, just stumbled across it this morning. Enjoy your travels.
Aww 🥰. Thank you 🙏
There are five regions the upper keys is called Key Largo, then you have Islamorada, Marathin, Big Coppit or Pine, then the Lower Keys called Key West. Key West is known for its lime pie. Hope you enjoy your ride!
Marathon
Lower Keys is everything south of the Seven Mile Bridge which includes Big Pine. Islamorada south to Marathon are the middle keys and Islamorada north to Key Largo are the upper keys. It matters.
I am so glad that I came across your channel! You have a new subscriber!
💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
Yay! Awesome ❤️😍
Hey from Daytona beach!
I love the Keys. Looks like you had a beautiful time and met some wonderful people. Happy travels to you.
It was a great time. We will definitely be going back. We can’t wait to get out west though.
Whoa, quite the trip guys 🐟 ... I'd love to find that "secure location" one day. But, for now I'll enjoy it vicariously 👍🏼 See you in the next one 😺
Thanks Robert! The Keys was a great time! We are just getting started 🫶🏽
I just love when people leave kind, positive comments. You should try it sometime
You go to a place that relies on tourism money and complain a place to stay isn't free. To funny.
Well the lack of BLM land was 🤭.
It is nice to know the history of anyplace one visits. KW has tons of it.
Nice Trip! Nice camper too!
Hint: Crack your eggs on a flat surface and the yolks won't break.
Happy Camping!
Thank you 🙏
I, also visited Key West. I don't remember when, but the sunsets were killer, and loved the architecture, also the wild chickens, and cats, they're all over! (Night Life is insane!) And had a very memorable time. Subbed to your buddy, Trent, so now I subscribe to you.
You aren't kidding about those sunsets. We were blown away every night. We love our boy, Trent. Thanks for subscribing!
It's the dog watching the water for me!❤
He loves it ❤️🙌🏽
I love that doggie.. he has floppy ears
I love all of your rounded edges…is this a DIY or ‘store bought’😂?
We bought it custom built. 🙌🏽
So beautiful thanks for sharing!! Key West and Key Largo are in my bucket list!! ❤😊
It’s amazing! The catamaran was awesome.
Your dog 🐶 is so adorable 🥰
Awww thank you 🙏
Oh My Gosh I think so too !! He looks like he has soft floppy ears also
I van stayed in Key West some 53 yrs ago and never was bothered the same with Washington DC, and many other places we stopped traveling across country. But, it was a different world then.
That's the one thing I don't miss about living in Florida, the rain. It would rain on one side of the street and sun shine on the other. I like keeping my motorcycles and vehicles detailed and it would rain 3 hours later.... 😠
Haha. Yeah that’s the worst man.
I'm a new subscriber,
Just stumbled on yall's channel and really enjoyed the Keys that you shared. Stay Safe in your travels and keep em rolling.
The east coast has very little public land for dispersed camping. Your cheapest options are state, county parks with campgrounds or KOA RV parks.
Cisco is adorable. I like Ryan Twomey vids too. Love your channel you guys. Stay safe! ✌💜
Thank you so much. We love Twomey too. Hopefully a video with him soon :)
20:21 don't go by the expiration date. What you need to do is put some water in a cup. Put the egg in the water if it floats up just a little bit it's good. If it floats up halfway it's still good. But if the egg goes above the water through the egg out it's no good. Far far away from you cuz it will stink.
I cook all my bacon and sausage, then put in freezer and take out and reheat; as needed.
Pretty smart.
State parks are great and require reservations the minute it is 30 days out online. Also first i line to enter park for any cancellations.
A couple years ago I rode my bicycle from central Tx to key west. 1 month.
Had a great ride. Flew back to Tx from
MIA
DANG! That's a trip, right there! Amazing. I know that had to have been one heck of an experience.
@@happietobehere lots of beaches
Which I like.
I’m here for the pupperz-doodle!
Awww 🥰
@@happietobehere I honestly think that why I subscribe to most channels lol cause they have cute pupperz
I agree 🥰. We love him.
4:39 Which keys? 😂
Also, driving in the rainstorm with an RV will make you rock and roll. 🎸
Too many to remember … and yes it will. 😂😂
Nice skillet- Even nicer video! Thanks for sharing it. Back to that skillet..it looks sturdy-what brand is it? Amazon? Share a link maybe?
Great visit with you guys at Apple Valley Beer Garden in Townsend today, L&E from Okeechobee
Great visit with YOU GUYS 😍 hope you guys are having a great time with your son!
Grind up all the coral and make you some beaches?"
And never, ever make the mistake of calling it a Conch (concshe) shell .. it is a Conch (conk) shell
Wild!
Wow! That’s awesome. I need to watch that now 😀. Thanks for letting us know.
Cheers!
Good to know. Thank you 🙏
We take our cat camping with us but I haven't made it to the Florida keys yet I'm thinking about it so we're trying to check out and figure out which way to do it
65 yr old lived in key west on off. Spent my honeymoon in key west. My favorite place in the whole world.
It’s a very cool unique place. We enjoyed it. 🙌🏽
Love the channel name! Good luck to you both
Thank you so much 🙌🏽
My first trip to the Keys and Key West was late 70’s, we went to the nude beach.
Bahia Honda is an amazing experience. I was lucky to get a great spot down there during Christmas season.
I saw your van at Boca Chica beach! I'm a local van lifer in Key West.
That’s awesome! We had a great time.
Amazed you manage to van-life there. I was able to only when I was there looking for a job during lockdown time. Bad timing to find work. 😂
"Is that a chicken or a rooster?" 😂 Never thought I'd hear that.
What’s so weird about that? There are chickens and roosters
The roosters and cats were all over the last time I went. The roosters would wake us up at 5am hated them for that😅the cats were cool they have a bunch at Hemingway house some were very friendly.
How did you not explore Robbies when you stopped for the rain?? It's such a cool place! 😮
Next time for sure. 😍
I hope you stopped back at Robbie’s and fed the tarpons. Born and raised in S Fla for 60 years and the one thing I miss is the Keys.
Those are fighter jets that fly pretty much everyday. Try listening to the noise for nearly two years. We stayed on Big Coppitt or Pine Key and the jets were our entertainment. Key west is a military town with a navel base and more.
Thanks for the information! Good to know. Cheers
That’s awesome! We love Sarasota. Email us if you can. 🙌🏽
Loved the video. Great job❤
Thank you so much 😊
That was AWESome, you know we all will be talking about that pooch.
Awwww ❤️
19:49 You guys need a pen almost like an octagon but only half so when cooking on the side you can let furbaby out....even when others dogs are off leash. The fence breaks down easily as well.
Yeah I agree. We have looked into them but just never gotten one yet. They are great though.
Enjoy.
Thank you very much! 🙌🏽
Do you have a doggie??
11:05 You can hear all the road noise in those Pro Masters. I bet a cheap mic would sound a lot better.
23:50 Hotel and RV parking is a big business in the Keys. They don't want outsiders unless you're spending a lot money. It's already oversaturated so that's how they regulate it. It's sad but if they didn't do that it would probably get overrun with homeless people. South Florida in general is tough for boondocking.
I’ve been to all those places I love it down there, except for the humidity bit too much for me. But they do have the best Keylime pie in the country.
We love key lime pie 🙌🏽
13:13 that roosters like wait a minute did I lay any eggs how am I supposed to do that
Ur baby is such a sweetheart! N so handsome he just goes with the flo
You’re talking about the doggie right ??
I believe the reason for areas not allowing overnight stays is the hotel industry and taxes reaped by the locality. Now some folks ruin it for others... locals seem more offended, they want the tourist money...
Exactly. We are excited to get out west.
Our cat is small he's only 20 lb but he's not fat or overweight but we take him in all the stores around here I wonder if they would allow our cat to go with us in the stores in Florida
“Introvert” “stares at new neighbors” 😂😂😂 that’s me lol
Warmest place in the lower 48 in February…… that heat is very expensive and very competitive. Been going for 30 years
What a fun video. Nice music also.
How do you keep your dog cool in the van while you are away from it?
We have a AC unit that we run.
I've upped my cooking game because of Ryan, and I found your comment entertaining. That was worth a subscribe.
Thanks so much! We love Ryan. He’s a great content creator. We hope to collaborate one day. 🙌🏽
Such a cool video . Really enjoyed it ..
Thank you 🙏🏼
> Boondocking in Key West, Florida, is generally not legal. Key West has strict regulations against overnight parking and camping in vehicles outside of designated campgrounds and RV parks. The city enforces these rules to maintain public order and safety, and violators can face fines and penalties…
