    I see the obligatory GOAT debate is under way. Roger is the GOAT. Nadal is the King of Clay. Djokovic is GOAT, Jr. Roger is quite frankly the greatest and most talented tennis player to have ever played the sport. There's nothing he can't do on the court. The other two do have their limitations talentwise. Not even their most ardent supporters can deny that. And let's face it - Roger changed the game and the PTB at tournaments slowed down the courts to combat his domination. The other two haven't changed the game so much as taken advantage of the tournaments trying to create competition for Roger by slowing the courts down. Their gain - Roger's loss. Such is the way of sport. Even if it does suck for Roger - especially with grass court tournaments being so few (and the grass so slow now!) and there being 30 clay court tournaments every year. How many more Masters would he have won if there were 3 grass court Masters every year the way there are 3 clay court Masters? Or even 30 grass court tournaments? Just sayin' Rafa fans...

      Im an italian Djokovic fan, and I honestly think Federer Is the most talented players ever, but looking at numbers Djokovic and Nadal are the goats, Nadal next week he Is gonna have 21 GS and probably Djokovic also in the next 2, the only big thing Federer Will have are the 6 trophies of atp final..

    • @duncan3932
      @duncan3932 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tennis is the way tennis is, you can’t speculate on these things that aren’t going to happen, Nadal has 36 masters and 20 grand slams and you can’t change that, Nadal is just as much of a GOAT as Federer is for sure. With that being said Djokovic will go down as the ultimate GOAT

    • @duncan3932

      David Nalbandian had unlimited talent but it doesn’t mean he’s one of the greatest or anything, it’s not really about talent

    • @modrozelenaalga9607
      @modrozelenaalga9607 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Indeed, Federer is the most talented player ever, but people have to understand that it's actually an argument AGAINST him being the GOAT. He had such a head start by being the most talented and he still wasn't able to win more grand slams or being better at H2H against the main rivals, so he definitely can't be the GOAT.

    • @mantaishere
      @mantaishere 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@modrozelenaalga9607 But he did win more. He was ahead of them in slams for years, and held the slam record longer than Sampras did. H2H: He led in slams v Djoker until 2014, and Djoker took over the overall lead in 2016. I know y'all Djoker fans are allergic to sensible arguments about age, but it really isn't any clearer than that where Fed-Djoker is concerned. The trajectory of Nadal-Fed is totally different.

      Federer was also rejuvenated in 2017. He was hitting the ball so hard that Djokovic would have struggled to cope with him that year even if Djokovic was fit.

    My question - why are players not condemning Gilles Moron and the French Open for bullying Naomi out of the French Open? ... which is no longer a reputable tournament. They prefer people to struggle mentally than help them. Words and well wishes are not enough, Gilles. Such a hypocrite for not taking questions himself. What a joke.

      @Lakshay Shounak That's what's so funny about their obnoxious and boorish behaviour round these parts. It's even evident when the comments aren't to do with tennis itself. Someone posted on a video the other day that they liked how Fed expressed and articulated himself in English and one of these Idemo Bois barges in with, 'Yes but Novak is the best at this because...' LOLOLOLOLOLOL. NovakGOAT when it comes to English too!
