Perhaps if you were to slow down the video I could see what you're doing and why your motors under perform.
Lap winding with a regressive rotations would help.
Also are you rewinding with one wire size of two different wire sizes at the same time.
If doing that , it's best to start off each pole with the thicker wire first , then when time solder the two wire sizes together and finish each pole with the smaller size.

The standard gauge for a 550 motor coil is 21 gauge (0.81mm) and the number of turns is 25 turns per rotor fin. Your configuration will give high torque and speed but will consume a lot of power (not balance) and thus finishing up a 3S battery pack (12.6v battery) very quickly and will also burn out with the slightest load if used in a cordless drill (Most 12 volt cordless drills uses 550 motors in them).
