@@Kenislovas Yes, we Michigan residents can appreciate a beaver dam removal. Nice collapse. I really enjoyed how you froze like a rabbit who saw a predator right before the dam failed. You jumped like a rabbit too, haha. Cool video.
I think you were a little surprised at how long it took this dam to collapse. But when it finally did, wow!! That was a lot of water pouring through there! Well done
And quick release once you stepped out of the way, did you notice a water discoloration? like it was bubbling from the bottom right before it gave way?
I like the way you put a lot of thought into making it collapse catastrophically. Attacking the bottom and sides. It's more work but it clears it completely. It also looks really cool.
If the Allied used the top-blow method when they blew up German dams during the war, we would speak German now. Bottom is stronger but holds all weight. Only hillbillies in USA puts a stick of dynamite on the top and thinks the whole dam will go away.
That was awesome. That sudden rush of water probably destroyed other dams downstream. It seems that getting the dams to collapse does a better job of cleaning all the debris out than the old way of cutting channels through them. Great Job!
In getting my Biology degree I had to take a couple of courses in physics. So I'd like to do a little analysis on your latest technique: 1. You dug down at the back of the dam. Water pressure increases by a bit over 1 lb per foot of depth, so you added pressure to the entire base of the dam. 2. You took off the front, taking out support there. 3. You undercut the front and started a flow of water under the dam eroding the base. The above weakened the whole dam on three of it's six sides. There is no support above the dam, and the sides provide very little support. Result - one dam going downstream! Dam cleaver them Lithuanians. :D
Good old C4 increases the pressure a hell of a lot more if detonated on the upstream side of the dam near the bottom. Yeah, I saw the Dam Busters movie. Also, my father was an Army Combat Engineer, so that was the stuff he did on a bit bigger scale. Alot . With C 3.
Glad to see you try my suggestion of weakening the upstream side first. Undermining the dam gives a good result. No two are built alike and none are easy. A very nice rollover!
Your new and improved method of clearing a dam is much more satisfying than your other method! I think this new way is faster as well. More time to clear more dams!!!!😆😆😆😆
Out of all beaver dam collapses that I have seen on your channel this was the nicest collapse. Releasing the mud at the back of the dam surely helped. Because, it made the dam thinner. Thus, less resistance to the water pressure.
Your Method was Intriguing to say the least. I have Enjoyed watching your Skills Improve with the time you have been removing Dams. Keep up The Good Work and as always Keep Safe...
This is an AMAZING amount of water and an AWESOME collapse! VERY WELL DONE my Man! Really really enjoyed this, Keni. Keep up the nice work/channel. Kudos, my Brother from another Country! PS. It took a huge amount of earth, sticks, and mud with it downstream. You could literally see the water line on the banks dropping. This is one of the best collapses out of several so far. Fantastic!
I wonder what the beavers say about you around the dinner table. "that dam guy was at it again! " lol great video. Rerouting water is just too much fun
Ahhh you’re in Lithuania 🇱🇹 Thankyou for that intro as more info about it all Another suggestion if I may ! Have drone ready to fly once dam rolls over & jump ahead downstream to show the surge wave as it races down the channel Great to watch Gary from Australia in a place called Lightning Ridge where it will be 36c today Hot n wndy plus a drought, very dry brown country with bush fires our big concern Come visit one day !!
Always amazes me how wide the dam is, not from bank to bank, but the eidth of the base, the packedcmud so you can walk in the top if it even after it has collapsed. Beavers are impressive! You even more so for sure!!
Greetings from the BIG SKY of Montana. The arrival of Autumn is always a time of change here. Gardens mature, wine and jelly is made, it gets a bit cold at night. 43 degrees (fahrenheit) last night with a bit of rain.
I like that you first did some of the thick mud in the water above, removed the biggest sticks then dug under, helped with dam collapse, and awesome to watch.
I enjoy the weather report as well. I am a fellow weather nut. Have my weather station and have my apps to tell me the weather around the world. I like when you post the temperature we can’t tell but the video.
The way this dam collapsed, you came very close to reaching the bed prior to the dam. That not only helped return the waterway to its original state, it also made the job of rebuilding that dam that much harder.
Great job as always, your getting better and better undermining the dam.hope family is well.just be careful, one day beavers might set trap for you.catch you off guard.great video.👍👍👍😎😎😎🦫🦫🦫
I think you are correct about the mud at the back of the dam helping. I don’t know if you saw but when you stabbed the bottom just before it collapsed a bunch of bubbles came up in back of the dam 🦫.
FANTASTIC ! What a great Dam take down look at all of that water that was released , definitely an award winner . You are for sure the master of Beaver 🦫 Dam removal ❤
Sometimes lately, you just have to credit the builders! Undermining works for another spectacular dam failure. It is certainly satisfying as a viewer. I can only imagine what it must be like standing there beside it. Good video!
When I first started watching your videos you were so uptight and I thought it was from you being nervous. I’m now glad to see you more relaxed and friendly. Which I think has improved your videos a lot. Enjoy watching them very much. Have a great day.

I’m not sure why you want to drown when one of those collapses suddenly and without warning but good luck.
Just a suggestion, you should have a camera further down stream to capture the rush of water from a peaceful trickle
@@katarinad1309 I know when it’s going to happen.
I enjoy how you undercut the beaver dam. Let the force of the water remove 75% of the dam.
Soggy jenga.
Thanks!
Me too!! :)
I enjoy that beavers build these awesome stuctures. No hundred thousand $ college degree.
It empties fast like a bathtub. very satisfying.
Its the perfect channel. Uncut dam removal. Not a lot of talking. And you get an extra camera angle.
Thank you! ☺
Greetings from the BIG SKY.
WOW!!!!!!....THIS COLLAPSE IS IN MY TOP FIVE LIST!!!!!
You are welcome!
This is hands down my favorite so far. Hello from America in Michigan
Thank You!

Wow, I saw the bubbles coming up from the backside of the dam and then Whoosh. You are Number 1.
Haha I saw that too 🌞
Right!

And quick release once you stepped out of the way, did you notice a water discoloration? like it was bubbling from the bottom right before it gave way?
I saw it's going to collapse :) It started to move slowly :)
Great job, Mantas! That was a HUGE. Amount of water!
That was really awesome to see. You also seem to be getting less shy when you talk to us. You do a really good job, be proud of that.
Thanks! ;)

Hands down the most satisfying and best beaver dam removal videos, wish they were all this climactic
Thanks!
Great video! I look forward to every one 👍
Thanks!
Your timing to jump out of the way was perfect. Whew!!
That was awesome. That sudden rush of water probably destroyed other dams downstream. It seems that getting the dams to collapse does a better job of cleaning all the debris out than the old way of cutting channels through them. Great Job!
Thank you! ;)
Spectacular!! Best one yet. tnx for sharing. It makes me wonder what happened downstream.
Oh kool !! I like that one. You should throw all those sticks and debris where the water runs so it can wash them away. 😎✌️
To this day this is one of your greatest works.

Dam cleaver them Lithuanians. :D
"Water pressure increases by a bit over 1 lb per foot of depth"... best example why the metric system is better & easier. 😉
Water pressure increases by somewhat _less than_ 0.5 lbs/ft.
Good old C4 increases the pressure a hell of a lot more if detonated on the upstream side of the dam near the bottom. Yeah, I saw the Dam Busters movie. Also, my father was an Army Combat Engineer, so that was the stuff he did on a bit bigger scale. Alot . With C 3.
Ahh yes, I remember Professor Dunning-Krugers classes
I did a rough calc on one of his dams and found 700 tonnes/m3 of water behind it.
Glad to see you try my suggestion of weakening the upstream side first. Undermining the dam gives a good result. No two are built alike and none are easy. A very nice rollover!
Wonderful video! That was quite a lot of water busting through! Just a great job. Stay safe!

beautiful collapse, well done, Sorry I miss the premier of the video.

Excellent removal. Good to see the natural flow restored.
Your new and improved method of clearing a dam is much more satisfying than your other method! I think this new way is faster as well. More time to clear more dams!!!!😆😆😆😆
I just imagine a bunch of beavers sitting a short distance away and sulking as you undo all their work. 😆
The Master Beaver will be very unhappy. He will come for the dambuster.
you're getting good at creating some amazing collapses
This is the best DAM video I've ever seen

your country is so beautiful, even the ditch water looks nice
