Little Big Econ State Forest, Jones East Trailhead, Bike Trail in Florida 🚲👍🙂

This is the Little Big Econ State Forest Mountain bike trail.
I have liked riding bikes as far back as I can remember.
Many years ago, I was into BMX, and for those who know, I had really nice bike, a Haro Master. I used to love that bike, until it was stolen 😕🤬.
While in college, I worked as a bike messenger in the big apple.
I remember one day riding the whole length of NYC and was able to do it faster than if I was driving.
I remember I had to find another job, after the second time I got hit by a cab and they would just take off and leave me w/ a broken bike.
Many many years later I still enjoy riding bikes 🙂
As for my fall here, I am really not sure how it happened, "it" was very fast.
I just know that I was making a turn and then I felt like I was punched in the face. Thank God it was a minor cut under my nose/upper lip.
Please let me know what you think cause me to fall.

Grateful for your video Sir, Saves me hundreds of miles to get there in order to figure out in the first five minutes that this is not a smooth bike ride in any way, so I would turn around after the first mile.

going to try it did MTB up north many years moved to kissimmee wanted to find a close trail to ride..
