- Today we take a look at the Chieftain Hybrid 120 in @WorldofTanksModernArmor (WoT Console). The 120 is listed a premium heavy when really it ought to be a premium medium. It has excellent gun performance and maneuverability but that is about it. It's armour is terrible and almost every shot that comes your way will penetrate.
I recommend the Chieftain Hybrid 120 for veteran Cold War players who know how to play mediums.

The FV doesn’t have near the mobility as the 120, add traction and certain maps it will dominate in my opinion. Have had good games with it so far.
It is not a Wiesel and you are right it is not a FV but it holds with mobility and can be a devestator played right.The gun needs no perks and only advanced loader so pretty much free to equip for anything.
To me its all about variety and yes I like the FV, but I feel more satisfaction using lesser statistical vehicles and doing well.
4211 is noob friendly. Good players tear them up, unless its being played by another good player.
It is really sad what they have done to the chieftain and the M1 in this game.
When I first saw this tank pop up on the server screen, my first thought was, “Oh, bloody hell, another new premium using that ugly-ass T95 hull!” So what they did for this particular Frankenstein was to take the ugliest, most overused hull in the game (T95), and this time, WG said, “Hey, let’s drop a Chieftain Mk 5 turret on it! The Centennial has the Chieftain hull & T95 turret, so lets do the opposite!” They also decided to give it the penetration & reload of the Mk 5 gun, but give it the damage of the Mk 11’s gun. And, why not, let’s make it stupid quick for a heavy. Given all that, it is a fun tank to play, as long as, like Riki said, you play it like a medium. It is a ‘Heavy’ in name only, it does not take hits well. I found myself sniping early on, and then doing the Circle of Death around isolated enemies later in the match. I can see, given the large damage numbers this thing puts out, the nerf bat whacking it down the road. Good video, mate 👍
After a few games I came to the same conclusion, play it like a medium. Yes it has some negatives, but I like it.
I have all the era 2 prems but i i never play the overpowered fv as I think it is a tank you do not have to have much skill to play,much prefer to play the leopard or t72 etc just the sense of achievement if you do well

Better than the conqueror mk2, worse than the FV4211. Despite that it’s still a nice tank to change the play style of heavies. But it’s not worth the gold, at least for me. I won’t spend 13k for a tank that isn’t anything special. I rather get the TCA, FV, or even the leo2AV. This tank isn’t for everyone, but when it’s in the right hands, it can be super powerful.

Problem is with CW now is its just quite often a pile in and rtrbing.
Games last no time and you have a pack of tanks racing for damage. Gone back to PC currently and games can take 10mins.
I have less than 30 games played with my FV4211 and I got it for free from the Season pass way-back-when. I hate to play it, it is too influential. Playing it is ruining everyone else's experience. The armor is too strong.
Era 3 is the only refuge for players who want a balanced experience. Missiles don't do half your health in damage and lights can't circle you to death in a fast moving/fast turret turning heavy. Let's see how long it takes for WG to ruin it.
It's not a bad medium but it seems to be made out of ammo racks even with safe storage crew skill
Over 9000 damage! that’s s more than most players in an FV. Peoples play styles differ, and the FV might be for them. Oh I’m sorry seems like a video about the FV 😂

Great review, was also looking forward to this tank, until I destroyed one with a BMP2. Really a Leopard 1A5 without the camo, such a shame.

And the Enigma also adds to the problem of well armoured premiums that were given away during a season.
