    I love everything about this documentary so much! God bless you for blessing those women. The women in this video are so smart and beautiful, would love to see them off the streets and selling this stuff internationally. And oh my do I miss dodo ikire!

    What the girl in purple said about dodo is absolutely correct. I'm a native of Ìkirè, and I'm quite close to the elderlies and aware of the story.
    In addition to the story, it was poverty that pushed the woman to making of dodo, as the only thing left for the woman to fix a meal was a bunch of very ripe plantain which pushed her to over frying and she got "dodo ikire" as a result.
    Everyone was amazed about the outcome of the delicacy and that was the idea that brought the woman out of penury.
    Today dodo ikire is an international snack. 😋😁

      I have been to Ogun but my journey was short lived to an emergency. I sure will go back to both before the year ends

    Wow! Amazing documentary!
    That’s a lot of bananas and a lot of burning as well but the snack is just fascinating. I haven’t eaten it many times but I love ittt! Also, it last really long. Next time, I’ll just buy more🥴
