- 2% fat vegetable oil
- a slicer. can find it in groceries store or thrift store preferably.
- seasons with salt only.
- chips sealed in fold too bags
- can last weeks of air tight

you can get started with about $300 oil, plantains, cutter, pots, sealing bags, sealing machine, labeler. she sells a pack for $3. used to be $2... but inflation. everything expensive now. will go down as market adjusts, probably. probably not. desmans high.
What kind of oil did you use? Can i use unrefined coconut oil?

Ma I tried mine today it wasn't crunchy and dry it was soft and it unripe plantain I used don't what went wrong
Maybe the plantains was too ripe. make sure you leave it in till you hear the sizzle noise quiet after a while
