It’s too good Feature, by creating department specific and internal usage label and applying it, I feel my biggest issue as CTO is resolved. DLP is 100% in control now. Thanks for sharing 🤝such very informative and useful video. 👍
1. Sensitivity labels in Microsoft 365 allow you to classify, encrypt, and control access to documents, emails, Teams, SharePoint sites to protect business data. 2. Labels can restrict document access to only certain people, prevent external sharing, expire access after a certain date, and add visible watermarks. 3. Auto-labeling can classify sensitive content like financial data to automatically apply protection. 4. Admins can require users to select a sensitivity label when they create content to force classification. 5. Labels help mitigate insider threats, user errors, and data theft by controlling access and markings based on content sensitivity. They strengthen permissions and data security.
Great video nicely explained. With E3 licenses, is it possible configuring confidential label to do not forward emails externally but can forward internally?
Great tutorial, thank's for this. Unfortunately, there is no information on what kind of license You need to have to implement this settings in O365 tenant.
Hi, Thanks for the video. Question: (1) is there a powershell command to check how many users that has applied sensitivity label? (2) is there a powershell command to check how many users a sensitivity label has been published to?
I have one more question Sir .. how do I allow authorized user only to be able to send a sensitive labeled document out of organization example Legal Document labeled as legal where only we want to allow one user to be able to share it outside the organization
Hi, question about Sensitivity label. I created a word document and save it to my personal Icloud. I noticed that it still prompts me to apply label even I'm not saving it on my Office Onedrive. I'm using a device that is not managed by Intune. But may office account is using my company office 365 account.
