My guess is that culture change can be categorised under change management, which is incorporated throughout the product development phases hence the lifecycle as they're linked. With the juice example as a reference, if the culture around the healthiness of juice changes over time, this will affect new iterations of the concept, a new prototype/design/packaging may be released in the dev phase, advertising will change when launched etc

I do disagree with you: I appreciated he repeated various times the same concepts: firstly I think it's logic cos they're so connected to each other, secondly the repetition made me memorize them, so at the end of the video I remembered many things, while with most videos on yt this does not happen. So at the end I saved time. Great video, very well done, great exposition.
