Hi Pranali…may I know the name of the fertility clinic you went to..I am also based in Canada and in the same boat as many others.My doctor too suggested me to visit a fertility clinic but not much sure about the system here
We dint go to fertility clinic.. we did all our tests with family doctor

Hey Pranali.. just a question, we contacted our family doctor here in Canada and he mentioned we need to try for 1 year and then only he can refer us to a gynaecologist. We are already trying from almost 6 months but not luck. ☹️
You can tell them that you have already been trying for more than a year, and after that only you visited them… atleast get your tests done with family doctor
Lie to them. When I get bloodwork I say I fasted 17 hours so I get in right away lol
No pls dont do that… it will hamper your health only… dont lie for reports… but if you have been trying for long, you can ofcourse tell them a lil more, its no harm

I used Premom ovulation kit which comes with testing strips & its app, you need to test it daily after your periods, it will tell you the peak ovulation time

Congratulations to you both. I suffer from PCOS as well & have been taking pills regularly to make my cycle regular every month. In that case, do we have to go off pills? I am from Canada as well.
I was not taking any pills… so not sure, I guess doctor will only be able to guide you better😊

Nope no metformin.. and no major diet as well.. just what I mentioned in the video
Metformin os given to diabetic patients as per my knowledge
My doc gave me metformin for periods, I don’t have diabetes..but still I am not getting periods
