Every sentence in this video is an entire historybook
this is easily the best one of these reactions i've seen, you're not caught up by the presentation and are just bringing the facts in a clear and concise manner. very well spoken. thank you!
I like how much you paused and explained things. Just like you said, if I wanted to watch the video unpaused, I would have watched the original video. Great video. It was recommended to me. I'm surprised it doesn't have more views. Commenting to boost the algorithm.
It's very refreshing to see someone understanding the beginning of the video. I do not blame people not interested in science not getting it, it just gives me joy every time someone understands. Thanks for all your input on the "more regular" history topics as well!
27:27 - "I'd apologise for pausing so much" .... Yea, no, it's great to have a proper "reaction" to this where stuff gets fleshed out more. I've watched dozens of reactions to this video over the years. There's pretty much two types. Those who expand on the video, thereby being worthwhile and valuable, then those that just watch it essentially stealing the content.
I've been impressed so far with how much you've actually added, given you're still pretty young. GJ, (except for probably failing at "life" according to the masses).
E2A @ 58:00 - You're one of the VERY few I've seen who actually picked up on the Neocolonialism point he sneaks in about "now noone can tell who's pillaging who". Very good. 👍
Honestly this was one of the best reactions I’ve seen. You explained it perfectly enough that I could understand it. Thank you!
I've watched Countless reactions to this, and can honestly say I've learned more in this video than all others combined. Your knowledge is truly impressive, keep up the good work 😎👍
Ive watched so many reactions yours by far is the most informative and adds so much context that i never thought about. THANKYOU!
It's ironic that amidst such relevant and copious commentary my favorite part is your genuine reaction at 51:47. It just tells how thorny the topic is, in a way that a thousand words could not.
27:30 a mass pandemic leads to a labor movement? did that also move relatively slowly, because I'm starting to think about history rhyming again.
great Job dude. Best reaction of this video. I love that you cover all most everything 💙
I've watched many reactions to this video, and yours is the best I've seen. Your knowledge and thorough explanations of each point truly fed my hunger for historic fact and understanding. Thank you for this!
Man I love your reactions! thanks for doing this!
I'm really all about all your pauses and expansion on topics. This is how long the original video should have been.
I watched the original hundreds of time. I believe your insight on it makes it more educational. Thank you.
I live near Cahokia, I love going there and walking around the land. It’s so cool to think about this now pretty quiet spot at one time being full of people.
fantastic! informative, with a dash of humour! Beautifully covering so many areas!
I am impressed by your knowledge of history.
nice video!
9:20 my search to find out what caused the bronze age collapse continue's
If you haven´t seen it: Extra History has a quite interesting serie about this topic. But since writing almost disappeared, it it hard to say what exactly happened. Maybe we will never know.
The sea people
I have the suspicion Ea-nasir might have been involved
Cheers from Brazil. What a long and explained video. Just how i like.
It’s so cool that kids still get interested in history!
Ottomans also used the title Kayser-i Rum (Caesar of Rome) since they had conquered the Empire of the Romans. To be honset it makes a lot more sense then Russians calling their leaders Tsar (Caesar) as they almost have zero connection to any previous Roman states or lands. Holy Roman claim of Germans and the Third Rome claim of Russians is pretty much the same.
Nice reaction my friend. I would like to add something about the Ottoman claim to inherit the Roman Empire. Ottoman Emperor Mehmed II, who conquered Constantinople, used the title "Kayser-i Rûm", meaning Caesar of Rome.
Great video man! If you liked this i reccomend reacting to the history of japan, also by bill wurtz.
Exceptional video
You have a very deep and expansive knowledge of History. From a BA in History.
Duh.
I hate that no one that reacts to this video notes that the date on the "thing inventor" part is 2028, as it is a prevision of IA and automation and its consquences that are still to come
Acording to the historical experts at Marvel Comics: the bronze age collapsed because of Apocalypse... Ya. Take that! 😂
Never finna pull the knife 😢
At 15:25 you are mentioning the spread of religion to the south-east. I thought it was referring to the Sikh, not towards Buddhism ...
I hate the fact that they Did
Didn't mention the giant impact hypothesis
china can never stay in 1 piece
🤞
super unfortunate to see the best reaction to this video only reach a comparatively smaller audience. 😢
Great pause missed my fav part😅
Oh god he did not react to this video 🤣
Oh, you know I did lol
