I follow your channel religious and it is good to see your first foray in high end mountaineering gear! Try out Mammut SPINE technology backpacks and rucking will feel 10-20% easier.
You could possibly look into a Durston Kakwa 40/55. More traditional ultralight backpacking pack with a frame so the comfort and weight is fantastic if you cut down what you carry. I used it on a 4 day 3 night trip in CO where I had to do 1-3L water carries between water sources, 5 days of food, plus essentials(clothing, med, tent etc) and it never caused issues for me. Alternatively the Durston Wapta 30 is a frameless pack as well that works great for thru hikes and multiday trips.
Curious if you have tried a matador freerain 28 yet. It works well for me as a lightweight hiking pack but I am definitely going to check this out in the bright orange color.
