Here is a fact. Just 48 hours after finishing her lines for the movie Stephanie Beatriz had a baby born?
What Else Can I Do is the only song that doesn’t spoil the movie.
However if you don’t care about the ending spoilers here are the names:
Dos Oruguitas ( sung entirely in Spanish) and All of you
You could watch the movie in order, pausing until the next reaction, to have the frame of the songs!
I have a lot of respect for you showing emotions and "feeling" the music. Some reviewers will do that and come back with a detailed analysis.

I feel "Waiting On A Miracle" is an "answer song" to "The Family Madrigal", in the opening song Mirabel sings that all in her family are "fantasical and magical" but in "Waiting..." she states "I'm Not Fine!" and expresses her hidden feelings. By the way when you finally watch the whole movie bring tissues.
In the interview Miranda says Mirabel sings in 3, rather then in 4 like any other Madrigal, to underline her isolation.

I saw a compilation video of "We Don't Talk About Bruno" in all the different languages and it seemed that they had done an amazing job of matching vocal quality to the original voice actors across all languages. I would love you get your take on the different versions.

I would love to watch you react to the Spanish and Italian versions of any of these songs. I've only listened to the Italian for We Don't Talk About Bruno. This is one musical where it's very cool listening to the songs in different languages.
FUN FACT: Mirabel’s voice actress was pregnant and having contractions the day they were recording this song in particular. No one else there even knew.

The next song on your list should be What Can I Do, after that the other songs are all spoilers to rather big plot twists, but if you do watch them watch Dos Orogetas first and make sure you have subtitles on if you can’t speak spanish and bring… like 3 boxes of tissues. After that the last song will likely need some tissues too but is super duper spoiler filled

Honestly, I think the Italian version of all the songs from Encanto are very disappointing, and sometimes even missing the subtle but deep meaning of the original lyrics. This is particularly true for Surface Pressure and All of You.
BUT... Waiting on a Miracle is maybe the only song that received a quite good adaptation. It's still inferior compared to the English one, but not THAT much.
As an Italian, I enjoy very much watching this film in English, but I am a bit disappointed too that I can't enjoy it in our language due to the bad songs adaptation (unfortunately, this happens to a large amount of musical movies).
Anyway, 'though I enjoyed you reactions so far, I strongly suggest you to don't react to the songs that came after We don't talk about Bruno before you've watched the movie, because they are full of spoilers.

I can speak Spanish so I wanna learn Italian but I really liked We don't talk about Bruno in Italian.
Ciao Bruno!! (May I talk to you?... Bruno!! 🤣) I heard about it also from other people. And I think that I will watch the movie in both language... But, you know, that's the problem of the dubbed movies... sometimes they do well, sometimes, they do what they can... I mean, it is not easy to maintain the rhythm and the meaning of the lyrics by translating it, so they have to chose which one "save"... Anyway, Thank you a lot for your comment and your sharing! I feel like that’s kind of understandable (though it’s probably disappointing) but this was written in English. However, Lin-Manuel (the guy who wrote the songs) wrote Dos Oruguitas (which was the first song he’d ever written in full Spanish) in Spanish for that exact reason. There was just something about it being sung in Spanish that allowed those emotions in the song to really come through.
Side note: I guess the same can be said for a lot of songs now that I think about it. They’re just best enjoyed in the language that they were intended to be in I guess lol

Capisco che con la versione inglese hai un audience maggiore, ma anche le versioni italiane meritano, hanno fatto un gran lavoro di adattamento e Margherita de Risi ha caratterizzato mirabel in italiano in maniera eccellente sia nel parlato che nel cantato. I would personally NOT recommend you react to "Dos Orugitas" and "All of you" from the movies, because they contain Maaaaaajor spoilers and basically conclude the movie.
