Between Tower of Nreo coming out and the Disney plus adaptation announced Netflix adaptation has really been swept under the rug and forgotten, poor Kane Chronicles.
Yeah, Rick Riordan announced that Netflix is adapting the Kane Chronicles into movies.

In The Tower of Nero, Chiron told Apollo that he was meeting other dudes from different pantheons sooooo there is a chance that Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Leo, Piper, Carter, Sadie and Magnus fight and save the world........Imagine how cool would that be

And it would start with Sadie mixing up Nico and Anubis in a graveyard, then screwing up and calling Nico Anubis, and BOOM suddenly Nico now knows about the Egyptian gods, as I would assume Percy and Annabeth kept that a secret.

There’s an interesting pair of cameos in the third book. It’s at the dance at the “academy for the gifted” Sadie gives specific mention to two people there. An energetic young girl named Lacey, and a full-of-herself perfume loving snob named Drew. Ironically, Sadie refers to both of them as “mortals” when they’re even less mortal than she is

I’m going to bing watch the classic cartoon series I’d watch as a kid, and see through the perspective of a demigod watch Hercules the animated series. I’m going to have so much fun before they release the new Percy Jackson series.

Yeah, but honestly, I love the way that was resolved. Like, why are you complaining, Sadie, this is the optimal solution. Though, if they had stayed more seperate and it had necome more poly, it might have actually felt more natural.

Yeah she's my second fave character in the Riordanverse
I remember I absolutely LOATHED Sadie for a good amount of time because, according to MY 11 yr old resoning, "She was rude to the people she needed help from, including her own brother, she acted spoiled and would be mean to people even after they helped her" Then, one year later, I realized that's what made her such a funny character. (And she isn't THAT evil, tho Carter is still my favorite! ❤)

It has been ages since I read the Kane Chronicles, so thanks for the hilarious recap!
On another note, did you rrad the first 2021 report from Uncle Rick? He wrote a nice short story with Percy and Nico - entierly in Italian. But, it will translate to English if you click the right buttons. When reading the story, I realized that I completely misinterpreted Percy when he was describing shadow travel in the last olympian. Apparently he was being sarcastic when he said he thought it was awesome. Because Percy is sarcastic and I was unable to comprehend it 5 or more years ago, do you think you could make a video of top 10 persassy moments?

tbh I prefer Kane chronicles than Percy Jackson, unlike Percy Jackson, it isn't in your face fast-paced and gives me time to relate with the characters. Heck, it was one of the few novels that made me read more.
