I also think that if something did go extremely wrong then hopefully it would help in a big way for the services to find me, whatever state I was in. That might be a bit macabre but it's a reality of the hills and I'd rather my family didn't have the worry of not knowing or have the pain of a long wait. Hey Koeks, on the inside of the batter cover (behind the four screws) there should be a sticker with a serial number. If you email SPOT with that then I'm sure they'd help return it.
